I hope the FLV Guanabana turns out as good as everyone says when it finally gets here. Right now I’m tinkering with two recipes using INW rhubarb. The flavor itself is glorious! For some reason, even when my recipe is turns out kind of horrid, the rhubarb is still so addictive that I can’t help vaping the whole sample.

Tell a little more about the cherry pie flavor. Does it have that crust flavor in it or is it strictly the filling flavor?

This is a cherry pie complete with graham cracker crust to the caramelized cinnamon sugar frosting!

Does it have that little tartness you get when eating a piece of the pie and you bite into a whole cherry?

It does have that slight sour note as well.The filling reminds me more of the homemade Cherry pie filling than the Cherry cheesecake type filling if that makes any sense.
The cherries taste like they were cooked down while adding sugar.You still get the tartness but not as much as when eating a cherry cheesecake where the cherries aren’t cooked down.

Is it overpowering like Maraschino cherry or is it mild and when the tank is gone, you put in another juice after a couple vapes can’t tell it was there? Or do you taste that tell tail hint of cherry till the end of time?

I have yet to fill a tank so please take this into consideration but I have no problem with swapping flavors on my dripper.I also use Rayon for wick and it also helps with this.Rayon doesn’t seem to absorb and hold flavors like a traditional cotton wick.
IMO some Cherry lovers will want to add an additional Cherry to this flavor.To me it is a perfect Cherry Pie , the beauty of this is how well everything is balanced.
I can taste everything that I do in a Cherry Pie ,the Cinnamon notes will be familiar to anyone that has tried the Real Flavors Bread Pudding or Cinnamon Custard.
I will also add this to the notes on the flavor database to help others in the future.

I really like the majority of the ones they offer.They really seem to mix easy for me ,meaning I don’t find many of the Flavorah flavors that don’t play well with others.
They also attempt some of the more difficult flavors IMO.

Thanks for the info. I got maraschino cherry and created/mixed a juice that sounded like it would rule the world. Its White chocolate covered cherry. I was hoping for the cherry like in the Mon Cheri chocolates

The “real” Mon Cheri Chocolates from Europe! A juicy Piemont cherry, floating in luscious brandy and hidden away in a delicate shell of rich, dark chocolate.

Only I wanted to do it with white chocolate. My first mix was so strong with cherry that an atomic bomb could not get the cherry flavor out of the cheap dripper I tried it in. Second mix with about 25% of the cherry in it ruined an Atlantis sub tank, anything I vape in it has a cherry flavor. I mixed a third that had about 10% of the cherry flavor in it and it was still overrun with cherry flavor. Months later I tried a Cherry Tootsie pop and started with a very small amount of a different cherry flavor and it was a bust too. Needless to say I love cherry but the idea of a cherry flavor for vaping just scares the hell out of me. Someday I hope to get over my fear of cherry vapes. I want to try another I just have a real serious issue pulling the trigger on buying another cherry favor. I’ve got three or four of them and even picking up one of the bottles my mistake gives me the shakes.

1:10 ratio and using them lately of course they’re all still steeping but from experience Joy FA gets sweeter sheds a lot of the beer note and leaves a mild sweet bread been testing it at 1-3% diluted form.

I am going to try that. I want that lovely sweet bready note everyone talks about. I just haven’t gotten past the beer.

So far I’ve diluted Joy ,Cactus & will be eventually trying Lemon Cake Inw 1/10 ratio. I also forgot I use INW’s wild SB diluted but at even smaller %s than the 1/10 ratio.

You may find Biscuit comes more alive for you once diluted. Then try using it at 1,2,3 % in different batches to see where it fits you best !

INW’s Lemon Cake - grainy Hard to work w/. It will take over and hogs most of the profile then after about 20 days starts to lose the lemon but the cake and graininess is still there… I say hype all the way but that jmo.

I was having a hard time with INW Lemon Cake as well, wasn’t diggin it. Jimi D from another forum told me to try something like 3 drops in 10ml or something like that and what I got after a day was a nice pound cake. Anything higher and I got the same thing you did as well.

I do prefer Nona Cake over the INW LC but don’t use either very often, not a big cake fan it turns out.

Exactly what I get from INW Biscuit

The Biscuit is another one that I think is OK but over hyped. There are some people who swear by it though, everyone has different tastes. I see some recipes with it up over 3 to 4% and think…NOPE, not for me. I can get away with a small amount depending on recipe, .50% to 1% can add a nice touch, anything over that and it tends to ruin a recipe for me.

I suspect the dilution may aid in taking down some of the grain for me. I tried a few drops in a 10 ml batch and the cake was still too potent and the cream which I like was easily smothered…the lemon well I like it just not all the time. I agree thou Nonna is a better alternative and works much easier w/ other flavors vs LC so in order for me to see how it acts as a diluted version I’ll have to vape it solo at a diluted %s and then go from there.

I think for me if I were to chose the best plain cake FLV’s pound cake would beat all the others out there. It doesn’t have another flavor such as the lemon already which doesn’t restrict me and the flavoring in general taste much more cleaner …more smooth not to say these others aren’t great for other purposes.
