We only had about 97% here and I didn’t get any glasses. It got about as dark as it would during a storm but that was cool. Apparently 3% sun is still quite a bit. No pics of the actual eclipse but the shadows from the leaves in the trees were pretty neat.

Agree with Molly though, the shadow effects were pretty cool!
Also enjoyed watching the changes in the cumulus clouds we had nearby.

Nice job! I am extremely envious of your proximity to the actual totality. That’s amazing. My daughter was also very close and got to see the darkness and felt the cold air.
