But its a shit job! Tho I’ve been a team member baker, and supervisor, and all of it sucked. Right now it’s been the only place I seem to be getting a chance without either being asked for a drug screen or criminal clearance. I’m supposed to start monday. I’m dreading it. But I gotta work somewhere to be able to pay 1,900 for my pardon. I bought 2 pairs of shit kickin $200.00 steel toed boots to having to go out and now buy stupid black non slip dumb ass shoes. I have another job interview on Wednesday that might hire me some construction supply …guess ill be lifting alot of drywall and dealing with insulation. Oh well better than tims
Feel free to add me i’m in Hell… Ooops I mean Hull in the UK
Oh well, I am on a Keto program anyway so probably a good thing that they’re not here. Bad enough that Krispy Kreme doughnuts are now at heaps of petrol (gas) stations here…

@Ianc13 I’m not doing keto, but am doing low carb with intermittent fasting (only 2 meals a day). Lunch was a huge salad with lots of goodies, fat and protein. Tonight will be bun-less burger with lots of melty cheese and coleslaw. For desserts I’ve been doing celery with either guac or spinach dip. I’m going to research a low carb cheesecake recipe to make this weekend.
How is the keto food plan working for you?
It’s actually working well for me @Cary1 but struggle at times. Food wise I struggle to find things I like, especially when I can’t use dairy or gluten.
Not a fan of many vegies so usually stick with salad stuff or Cauliflower and broccoli, hate celery with a passion. I miss cheese and bread, but the result has been worth it so far.
I have 120g protein, 90g fat and 40g carbs max daily. Works out to around 1400 calories if I hit the targets but usually i only have around 1100 to 1200 for the day.
I sort of do intermittent fasting as I only eat one meal a day, but i have almond milk in my coffee so not true intermittent fasting.
We have a friend who was a chef and asked her to do a keto cheesecake, without dairy or gluten… she declined . There are low carb recipes out there for cheesecake though.
If you are still taking requests, put me in Piedmont, OK 73078
Thank you
Edit: Woohoo, Im on the Map!
Thanks so much for puttin’ me thar
I’m in Kathmandu Nepal…
just next to G-Daddy !
Thank You
Kathmandu! I spent quite some time there, what a fantastic place. It’s lost a bit of its magic to the terrible energy saving light bulbs and last time I was there it was an ocean of small motorbikes. Getting around in town takes so much longer now and it feels like twice as many people.
@Ianc13 Thanks for the update. Luckily, I enjoy dairy and celery (with guac or spinach dip). I haven’t measured anything, but have cut back carbs a bunch. I also do intermittent fasting with 2 meals a day. So far down almost 6 1/2 pounds in 2 weeks. Realizing some of it is water weight, I hope that 4 of it is lost fat. Thanks for the suggestion about low carb cheesecake. There are times I miss desert. I haven’t been able to work out because of a hernia (surgery scheduled mid-August) and after 6 weeks of recovery I can work out fully again. Let’s keep moving toward our goals !!
I’d like to be on the map! Roseburg Oregon
Put me on the map, Palmerton, Pa 18071
No shit, Palmerton? I was there in 2000! Is the Blue Mountain Pub still open? Oh man I had an excellent time there.
