On top of the fact that berries start off strong and weaken as they steep. Then cakes/bakeries tend to take a few days to sometimes weeks to develop fully. Then of course the creams take time and can mute the other two if used too high. This is definitely a balancing act to get it right.

Ive been hoping they would do a Huckleberry for years and always wondered why they didnt do a dragon fruit.
