Hey @Sevencasper, I heard Woolies will have stock of toilet rolls coming in any day now (if not already) 
and have put on a limit of 4 rolls per person. Wondering if that’ll put a stop to the panic buying. Hmmm…

Where I am, people are buying mask (the green ones?), and sells them for 10x the price. The police are cracking up on these people and arrests have been made.

I’m not sure if it will or not - they sent out an email about the 4 packs per person of toilet rolls, 2 of rice and 2 hand sanitisers (available at the service desk only!!) lol 
ABC Adelaide radio station reporters did reports from Port Pirie, Mount Gambier and two other towns - all but one had hardly any toilet paper in the shelves. So it’s not a city thing…
I have to shop on Tues, I am curious to what I will see

Egg substitutions in baking as a binder##
For recipes which use eggs primarily as a binder (such as drop cookies), possible substitutions for one egg include:
- 1/2 of a medium banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup of applesauce (or other pureed fruit)
- 3 1/2 Tbl unflavored gelatin blend: 1 cup boiling water and 2 tsp gelatin. You will have a bit leftover so only use 3 1/2 Tbl!
- 1 Tbl ground flaxseed mixed with 3 Tbls warm water
- Commercial egg replacement products
I have used method 1,2 & 4 when I was on a low-fat diet for gallbladder issues - they seemed to work well

I hope you make it through unscathed with everything. Amazon has hand sanitizer but it’s 3x or more the cost. Other stuff as well. We got some canned goods and what not nothing crazy but with 5 in our family need to have a little something.
My family regrets making fun of we when winco was giving away any sized turkey with a $100 purchase. Ended up doing 5 trips and 2 were $104 and $102 total. I always go super crazy for Thanksgiving but wanted to stock up on turkeys lol.
