Extremely poor customer care from Sourcemore

I just went thru a similar thing with VapeNW…last week.
Runaround for 3 days…had to send a video,…then they blew me off totally.
I bought 2 TC100W’s and 2 Smok TF-RDTA’s, one TF-RDTA was DOA
After 3 days he [Christian] said “Sorry, our policy is no returns on tanks”

All I am saying is to keep it in perspective, I don’t find vendors here much better. Everything is more expensive (I understand the overhead, but still), and customer service is not always better. Man, i hate paying for shipping, its like another tax on top of the high taxes and weak loonie. At least the Chinese are polite, they love us long time. After all, you did get your drip tip adapter, so its all good.

Yeah the prices here especially after tax and shipping are pretty high… when time isnt of the essence I do go overseas (fast tech) for alot of stuff for that reason. Its not quite as good a deal now though thanks to our dollar :frowning:

I surely expect the taxes to go up…if the anti-vaping gov’t gets its way…which would be normal.
Who, in particular, is congress going to lobby? [in the vaping community] And that is what scares them.
