@mikser might be onto something …
I love cap sugar cookie but honestly i never really thought it tasted like a actual sugar cookie. More like just a artifical great tasting bakery flavor. Silver cloud is wayyyy different. Its a actual real deal fresh baked sugar cookie with the main note being that signature taste you get from the gooey chewy part of a sugar cookie like when it just comes out the oven and you can leave a imprint in it with your finger. That with a backnote of the brown bottom of the cookie. Its very saturated and flavorfull. Its the only sugar cookie flavor i got full on sugar cookie from.
The cap sugar cookie is way more versitile a flavor that can work in all bakery recipes. The silverc you have to really want a sugar cookie recipe.
Now that im thinking of it though wf sugar cookie may also do well in this recipe since its slightly sugar cookie ish but mainly a butter cookie
Does the cashew give any sense of a salty taste in the Ice Cream ?? I ask because you can use WF Salted Caramel with TPA Caramel Candy for the Caramel add some WF Cashew. Shortbread Cookie SSA with some WF Cookie Butter . I imagine the Cookie part is soft. The Ice Cream would for sure be SSA but i really Like FW VBIC pair it with Vienna or Fresh Cream maybe both…lots of ways to go here . I dont think i have the Nomz Prailine
I love @McDuckie idea about toffee ice cream and there is a few you can use here to pair with the main IC flavor WF , VTA Hokey Pokey or their Toffee Ice Cream , Either Pur or OOO have a good Toffee Ice cream also .
The more im thinking about this i misght wvennwant to go with
Salted Caramel
Butter rum
Toffee Ice Cream for that Caramel swirl…lots of ways to go
MANUFACTURERS DESCRIPTION
Caramel ice cream with cashews and sea salt caramel ribbon sandwiched between shortbread cookies.
Interesting video , Look at the Caramel ooze out
What about wf honey roasted peanut? I do also like fw vanilla ice cream too. I may also try it with that.
Heres what i came up with so far.i used the toffee butter instead of a caramel because i find caramels kinda blen a lot making it more of just a caramel cream instead of ice cream but the nomz toffee gets good seperation with ice cream
Creme de la creme with an ice cream , Yes !!!
Wow i just mixed this up and holy crap is it good right off the shake. Maybe the best thing i ever made.if you dont like sweet juices this isnt for you. Its so sweet and creamy. At this point i dont think i would change anything. Not sure about the cashew but its so good.
Its def caramel and ice cream foward. If anything i can tweak the cookie to come out a bit more. I also dont think the flv pb i used is giving the right kind of nuttyness
As much as i love the V1 the more i vape it , its not really accurate to the real thing. Its wayy too caramel/toffee foward and the sugar cookie is not butter cookie enough.
My v2 is my attemp at making it more realistic by making it lean more towards butter cookie and by using a more toned down caramel which will let the cookie shine more.
Edit: v2 not too great so far. The cookie is pretty dry
Hmmmm …
Well I just ate one of these and the Cookie is Soft Shortbread cookie and it definitely plays a role on the taste and texture , the Caramel is a big part of the overall tastee and the Ice Cream is creamy no buttery vibes so LB type of VIC would be the wrong route. The Cashew is not significant imo , there isnt much taste and its not loadeeld with cashews , i think using a strong nut flavor or even AP wouldnt be the best choice.
Yea i think it would be better without the cashew as well. I really thought wf sugar cookie was the perfect choice but not turning out well with the ice cream. Maybe jf biscuit is the right choice with some sc vanilla extract or madigascar vanilla.
My dansk dunkers recipe really hits the nail on the head for that cookie profile but not sure how it will work out with caramel and ice cream added
This is what im thinking , but not 100pct sure yet…Maybe too many flavors and might not be thick enough Ice Cream . Ill mix tmrw
Looks good. I only have 2 of those flavors lol
I can change the MF flaves but i really love to use the Caramel when i can …
Awesome @fidalgo_vapes!! Thanks for putting in the time.

1000% agree.
I’m going to try mine with AP- and see what happens.
How is that MF caramel vs Candy Caramel TPA? Thanks bro
To “dumb” this down for the rest of us… Our main profile is the cookie, with secondary notes of Ice cream, followed by Caramel- and then the nuts…
Please critique this- as it will only help get the dinal recipe better!! Thanks everyone!

I’m still thinking go FA Vanilla Cookie or even JF cookie in place of JF biscuit, both are rich blond soft baked cookies. Mixed with with the SSA shortbread cookie those could create the perfect cookie for that ice cream sandwich.
Oh damn , The Cookie JF is a good option ill change the Biscuit to cookie, but the Cookie is stringer than the Biscuit???
Last night i was thinking over and over what flavors do i have that are a blonde soft cookie, i gave up and chose JF biscuit bc i didnt even think of JF Cookie.
If using AP just a little goes a long way so .25-.50 would work. The FW Pralines and cream might be a little high if the nutty flavor isn’t present in the original. You could also try FW Hazelnut because it’s creamy as well as slightly nutty. The shortbread cookie needs to go up or add another blond cookie (ie vanilla cookie, sugar cookie). I’ve never used SSA Ice cream vanilla but it seems low, I’d raise it slightly to 3% or you could add 1% cap vanilla custard to add depth and it’ll give the cookie some help also.
I love JF Cookie I used for my Diablo Cookie recipe @1% (English Toffee Cookie).
That cookie is Uber decadent.
Im gonna mix up the original one i put together and see what need changed. I am hoping the pussing base may soften the Shortbread Cookie a bit. I know there will be a couple Versions before im happy. V2 ill try the JF Cookie
