I think the honeycomb is either too high or it’s not right for the mix. It’s too dark. I have a v2 in going to mix up. I think it’s a combo of the toffee ice cream and the honeycomb. Back to the drawing board. I’m almost getting a coffee note. It’s good, it’s just not “it”.

I didn’t use the toffee Ice cream. I used Liquid Barn VIC. Tasted terrible at the shake. It started to come together this afternoon a little. I’ll wait a couple more days for the creams to develop and see what happens. My Ice cream hasn’t developed after 24 hours or the Gremlin Vanilla. Time will tell.

This one with 2 days steep now is a winner. Maybe a little tweaking to see if i can make it even better but it hits the mark for tasting like what its supposed to be.

It’s time for the next version. It’s not anything like I thought it would turned out. I’m going back to the drawing board thinking I’ll start with the ice cream and work out from there. A more KISS recipe.
