From what I gather she is fairly confused and mixing up “vape shops” with marijuana dispensaries. I think it is fairly clear that the intention is to ban flavored nicotine delivery systems regardless of the nomenclature; I hope I am mistaken.

The differences between her and her husband’s public thoughts/opinions are MEGA “cognitive dissonant” ! Occasionally I wonder if she could (in a Big White House fever swamp dream) perhaps be the notorious “Anonymous” (of article and soon to be book fame) - but I can’t see her having the guts, much the less requisite ethics or cognitives, to pull such a “grand illusionary” stunt off. Then again, multiple-personality-disorders are (by some white-coats, anyway) considered to be “a thing”, and she literally invented the now famous phrase, “alternative facts” ! Something seems not to add up with that ideologically polar-maxed couple. Freaky. The Conways make the James Carville + Mary Matalin pairing look like “Mary Poppins”.

Commies? It’s directly opposite of that. Corporatocracy is the right term used to refer to an economic and political system controlled by corporations or corporate interests. Corporatization is the antithesis of free market capitalism.

Industry lobbies are never powerful in communism; the industry is there to serve the state, not the other way around. In corporatocracy the industry lobbies are dictating decisions to the state and their money is accepting the laws that may be against overall society; against public health, consumer rights, the right to know, privacy protection, environmental preservation, etc.

The good news is that this proposed bill has done nothing since being introduced 4.30.19. I wouldn’t exactly call that fast-tracked.
