On my taste buds only here… I get more sweetness in the cream with sweet cream and it is a little lighter than the cream which to me is more milky/dairy without the sweetness so it depends on what you’re doing with it which one you’d want to use. Sweet cream for bakery pies, doughnuts, etc Cream for cereal, fruit where you want the fruit to be the sweeter part if that makes sense?
