Good Deals 2020!

I’ve never had one but I’m guessing it will if placed on its side or wicked improperly. It doesn’t have the juice control/off ring like the newer bigger tanks have. I’m sure someone here can answer that.

I never had any leaking issues except when I left juice sitting in it for a week without using. With normal use and proper wicking, they all worked fine. I learned to empty and pull the wicks out when I didn’t plan to use it. I know it sounds like a no brainer but I get lazy sometimes (and pay for it later).

@robin, as mentioned above, if you lay a v.1 or v.2 on it’s side, you probably will have some seepage. They are both reliant on the amount of wicking in the deck. You COULD say the v.2 has the advantage, as you can slide the ring, and close off the air ports, etc.

As far as the v.1 leaking, I use mine daily, and they never leak, BUT, they’re all upright, and I don’t carry them in my pocket LOL, but as for daily use, they’re pretty leak free.

You are right about closing the air ports it somewhat helps. My V2s will leak if left for a couple days unused and sometimes just after filling, I use a rubber glass protector slid over the intake holes when it is going to sit for a while. If they did not give such good flavor they would be set aside, bottom fill and seeping would not have been worth the trouble otherwise.

I can’t help myself @robin

I didn’t care for those ones. The airflow is strange and isn’t directed well to the coils. There’s a one hole option you can have go pretty strait on. But if you want two holes on each side, my cotton was always in the way. It’s just not really designed well. I’m thinking a vertical coil on each side would be better but I’m not messing with it. I have lots of tanks to use so I just tossed it aside.

Those are interesting points @inoiroc. Having amassed a LARGE SteamCrave hoard, and only having ever loaded TWO (yes, JUST two), horizontal coils in ANY of them, I have literally ONLY used vertical coils, (unless impossible due to the postless deck design), without exception. Maybe any alignment issues skated right past me, being a vertical coiler ?

if it makes you feel any better, I tried ordering the Occula RDA in every color they had left around Oct 16th (silver, gold & blue) & even tho they showed in stock, every color was already gone. lol I’m sad I missed it too

I guess i need to work on my wicking skills because i love the way my juice tastes in that V1. It leaks all the time, though.
What size coils do you use? @SessionDrummer

Yes i was thinking that too. I may try that. The juice tastes phenomenal in it though. I may just buy a newer one. I’m sure the tank has improved since the V1.

@robin, I’ll locate some pics I have floating around here, but I’m pretty consistent on coiling. 7 wrap, Kanthal, 24 ga. coils, always in vertical orientation.

I caught the tail end of those Supreme V2 sales when everybody dropped the price on those. I love those ones. I ordered the new decks that came out with the V3. The postless one that came with the V2s works great though. Really good flavor and nice draw with those tanks.

@robin Hey you, I just got the Aromamizer Lite rta V1.5 I haven’t opened it yet and don’t really know anything about it. Maybe @SessionDrummer or @Lostmarbles or someone else may know more about it.

If you missed out on the recent Asmodus 60% off sale, I ran into this shop that has a couple of Asmodus product for very cheap. At least 2 RDA’s are only $2.99

There may be a discount code on top of it. Select the main page link to see the banners up top. 30% off, today only. Free shipping if you spend at least $4.99, etc…

I have never heard of or used this shop. I think they are in California but I’m not certain. Orange County maybe?

I’m just passing on the info.

Vaporrange is legit, they work out of the same building as Asmodus near LA, CA.

Asmodus.com did do some restocking and still have 60off. Browsing on it I found they put some Zesthia RTA which are excellent single coil bangers, always wanted a second.

Thanks for posting the sale @JiM210 :+1:
