The pods that come stock with this device are barely “just OK” IMO, but the RDTA runs circles around it. I think the pods are only available through China, but I may be wrong.

I like pods for when I’m driving and going places. I bought a wismec r80 pod from Vapesourcing and it’s the best pod I’ve bought this far. Granted the pods I’ve bought may not be the best, Nord x (leaks horribly and battery life sucks), Smok rpm 2 (leaks horrible and battery life sucks), and Smok Thallos S ( bought Bc it used same rpm2 coils but wouldn’t wick so it kept burning them, had to trash 4 coils) but the r80 kicks the others out of the park… I’m just now having to replace the batter. I bought 3 more, waiting for them to be delivered. I liked the rpm2 coil Bc to me it produces great flavor but the r80 .30 ohms coils are amazing and can even adjust airflow on the coil itself. Been using it for over a week and just now having to replace with a fresh battery, and ZERO leaks. Been running it at 35 watts airflow 3/4 open which the other pods I had to run at 50-60 watts to get the same flavor. I’m super impressed with the zero leaking and battery lasting so long.

I saw this predicted months ago on Reddit. It was thread about loop holes and work arounds. I suppose they could make regulated flashlights too. Instead of a tank, just put a detachable LED head on there and call it a flashlight. Boom. No more “Tobacco product”.
The Today show supposedly did a slam piece about loose lithium-ion batteries today. That’s all we need is for the media to claim were using bombs that are unsafe. I might be paranoid but the MFers are attacking our thing from all angles. The PMTA process, flavor bans, mail bans, what’s next? Mechs are useless if they decide wipe out our batteries.

Robin, I am in the same boat. I just got one order in, another should be here in a day or two and… I forgot to order some peach flavors.
Well, I can’t just order peach flavors and pay as much for shipping as for the flavors, so I will have to find other things to order to justify the purchase. 
Truth is that I think I have most everything I need to carry me for a couple of years. But sometimes the “itch to buy” can override logic. It is that old “need versus want” conundrum.

IIRC, I used them for some really cheap glass tube replacements…or maybe it was a mod? In any case, I did use them last year and I believe whatever it was, arrived in about two weeks.
