FYI, FJ is having issues with its website. I had to keep logging in but the captcha wasn’t working.
When it finally did let me in, it wouldn’t let me see my reward points. Customer service said they’re working on it, but that I could look at at their coupons page for discounts. LOL, nope I got a bunch of points I’d rather use.

Did Flavor Jungle get rid of its rewards/loyalty points program? I can’t find any info on their site. Normally, I’ll let them add up for a year or so then use it with a big buy.

I used some earlier this year but can’t access them now.
I tried to check mine using My Rewards from the side menu (mobile) but it just took me to the home page.

Yeah, I opened a support ticket and their response was that the rewards program is having issues with the new platform. They said they’re working on it.
Hope they have it sorted out. I’ve got some I want to use.

Funny you should mention that. I recently placed an order and was looking for my rewards. Couldn’t find them and I know I have them. Since it was a 20% off sale I placed my order anyway but one of the items I wanted didn’t qualify for the discount code and I could have used my rewards (if I could see them). I would’ve had about 50% off that $15 item. Dayum!
