Help with Simple Strawberry recipe needed

Hi there, Im 70yo and need help with a simple strawberry recipe. Is this the right place to be asking such things?
I used to mix my own a very long time ago.
I have a liter of VG and only strawberry flavor. I have nicotine 100mg/ml. I’d like to get to 12mg, but I don’t know how much so I don’t kill myself. Any help would be appreciated… Greg

Hello there Greg! Welcome to the forum.

To help us help you, could you please answer just a few questions?

  • is your 100mg/ml nicotine PG based or VG based?
  • do you have PG?
  • are you using a small pod device or a big sub ohm box mod?
  • are you using a scale to measure the ingredients, or are you planning to use a syringe?
  • What kind of strawberry flavor do you have?

Edit ****I apologize if I’m being redundant, I just saw the part where you said you mixed a long time ago.

As far as the calculator goes, when you go to create recipe you will see this. You can choose however many milliliters of juice you want to make. I just used 10 mls as an example. For the example of what it would look like if you input 12mg. Depending on how many milliliters of juice you make, it will calculate the correct amount accordingly.

If you were using a pod device, you were going to need PG to make the mix 50/50 VG/PG. A high VG liquid will not work well in a pod device.

Welcome! What strawberry concentrates do you have? Also I’m assuming your nic is pg based?

Also, 12mg nicotine is pretty potent and may easily give you a bitter e-juice.

making 100 ml makes the math easy 12mg will be 12%

Nicotine 12 ml (12.43 grams)
strawberry maybe 6 ml (6 grams)
VG 83 ml (104 grams)

normal we would add PG too if you want 70/30
