How do I get mouth watering hit?

I have been mixing my own juice since I started vaping a year ago. My flavors taste good but are a dry flavor… About a month ago I tried a juicehead bottle I found cheap and it was a juicy mouth watering explosion. Same with a Duo flavor I tried. How do they get their flavors to produce such a pop? I have a couple additives Flavorah UP, WOW, and Magic Mask. I am starting to experiment with using lemon juice. It seems to work but more trials need to be done. Anyone have any concrete answers to making fruit flavors juicy vs dry?

Maybe you could share the recipes you’re having issues with as well as your flavor stash, that would be very helpful.
Some flavors are known to be dry and others more juicy, but without knowing which ones you’re talking about, it’s hard to say where your issues are coming from.

Good question, in my experience custards or vanillas and some others can produce this effect. Creams on the other hand rarely have a creamy mouth feel for me. Most commercial liquids also have a crazy amount of sweetener and some try to balance it out with acidic components. Little bit like coca cola masking the sweetness with the CO2.
DIYFS holy vanilla gets creamy from 3.5% or something, CAP NY cheesecake and vanillla custard V1 are also quite creamy imo. Recently I read that MF White Chocolate must be a good one for creamy mouth feel.

This would be the best option …there are fruits or flavors that will make things juicy , additives that make fruits POP . The fact that Commercial Recipes are heavy handed with pcts and Sucralose can make a difference as well …

Been a long time since I mixed anything like that.
I found that apricot (Tpa) and Cactus (Inw) always did the trick! ( use them around .5%)

Juicy

Fa Pear
INW Cactus
FA fuji

Use them low , the pear can be a bit higher

POP

A touch of Lemon or Lime , some Sour can also do it , the one I try to avoid is Sweetener

It’s all about flavor knowledge, all the properties a concentrate has from taste, mouthfeel, strengths they can be used with, what other concentrates it pairs well with.

People here can give some ideas but a lot of it comes down to testing, testing and more testing. You’ll read a lot about single flavor testing but like Fidalgo said, it’s also pairings. We can give you a couple hints but it’s a vast market and recipe creators use different things. The more different solo tests you do, the easier it becomes to imagine what goes well with each flavor and how concentrates can help each other out.

I’d agree with all of the above which confirms it’s not an exact science.
There are a few helping tips like as been mentioned with a hint of citrus etc and not yet mentioned but some flavourings usually identified with the term “juicy” in the title contain a small amount of distilled water which can and do offer a helping hand.

Think of it like chewing gum - Chewing it often makes your mouth water which is because the flavour stimulates the saliva glands to produce because they’re being deceived into thinking what you are chewing is food.
Once you taste a juice that tastes as close to what you would expect to be tasting if you were chewing it will fire those saliver glands into action and robs your fathers brother.

I have 4-5 blueberry flavors and 4-5 lemon flavors to try to get something near the JuiceHead BB Lemon

No need to make every recipe public though (especially if you don’t think they’re great), you can also share private recipes.

Have you tried any other blueberries in that recipe? I spotted Blueberry (FW) in your stash…
I’m not the biggest fruity vaper but I’m sure others here can help you with that.

.65 pct Sweet Strawberry ??? If your use to Commercial Liquids id suggest Pumping your Numbers UP …I dont know of many SB that will have much affect below 1 pct , Especially if your wanting it to POP…The Blueberry Combo imo is also Light . …In the Blueberry Recipe you have 2 contrasting flavors …The Pcts look like they would be either muddling the recipe or canceling each other out …

Im not sure you need to do this , finding the right combination of flavors at the right pcts is what needs to happen b4 you start using Additives of any kind

What Lime flavors do you have ??

This statement is so very true , example 10.recipes no good ones …Why ? Bc i never tested the flavors and most of my successful recipes come from Flavors I know …I have been trying to just use flavors without testing NO Good
