…i dont think you have to though… With the right flavorings . If a company is using FW , Cap and TPA plus adding 1 to 4pct sweetener to a mix plus saline , citric acid , malic acid etc …the percntages will go up , we are suggesting that you dont worry about a certain percentage … Anyway good luck you got this , you interviewed with a premium ejuice maker for a mixer position… We are just hobbiest who like to save a buck

well VanGo just uses strawberry TFA for sweetening most juices, I stupidly brought Sea Breeze from DIY saskatchewan, personally i like it, didn’t think i would like a banana, should had brought the 17%Lychee tho as they don’t have a lychee on recipie after giving one that was good I still have the invitation open to go for lunch at the main plant/offices, just don’t know what would I apply for, they already got a mixer and they were working on a flavor i hate root beer, this place that went under with BC regulations nailed Root Beer in 2014 but contacting the person that owned it would prove too difficult I mean I was at the Air Alchemy plant/store for a year, they went under like 4 months after i switched cities that time, The owner kept on telling me they got it from a store on the north of the city, when I moved cities I found that place on google turns out they were using paragon flavours, they even had that scratch and win a prize juice but went under anyways, partially my fault because i used to bring in customers… owner kept promising a job and never even gave me an interview… when I found the other place uses DIY abbotsford and saw i had around 70% of their ingredients myself, It was kind of a letdown.
I honestly was expecting them to use like 1%super sweet but they rarely use sweetener if ever they use straberry like i said earlier as a sweetener for most recipies, their juice gunks coils tho and other than the cactus jango their lines dry you up so i guess they don’t add pitaya/dragonfruit or cactus to make the recipie wet and not dry, Ripe strawberry also makes it taste “fresh” but they use regular strawberry.
You know we always say premium is just a label and it’s not really anything special? we are BANG ON! for a lot of the premium line it’s just TFA mixes… and that sells at $33/60ml freebase or $22/30ml salts?! and there’s nothing premium heck 50% of ELR stuff sherlock finds is more complex and better than what you can find on the shelfs!!
Only reason to buy salts is because you need a licence inCanada to buy over 66mg/ml, I kept 500ml of 100mg freebase in the freezer seeing this coming since it happened in the UK. (Canada kinda copies the UK but doesn’t care much since this pretty much is smokers paying to not smoke and doesn’t cost the health system so they encorange smokers to vape but if you don’t smoke don’t vape… they should add don’t drink and smoke weed but they get too much from taxes from that.
I tried in the interview but they told me they didn’t have a mixer position available, guess i shoulda brought the Dragonfruit i worked on for 6 months then balanced with lychee before adding pear and making it taste like flowers no matter what it like broke with the pear and lychee. but the dragonfruit lychee was balanced and almost finished just needed to boost the dragonfruit without messing up the Lychee, They dos like the modded strawberry jam but since I didn’t come up with the original it’s not one I can dub and sell without modding it enough to be different.
If you are planning on selling juice and you like someone’s recipie just make adjustments because selling it just like it’s written, unless you’re sending the creator of the mix a cut it’s kinda not right for the community, If you Mod it I don’t think it is a problem tho.
personally I generally use sherlock to find something to work on but end up on a lot of the times with something completely different and not a single ingredient from the sherlock recipie is left, take for example this one,when I first made it there were 0 cherimoya recipies, I grabbed some guava as I bought a lot of sweet guava, there’s nothing from the first recipie left, started by adding cherimoya and ended completly making something different.
Personally i mix 99% of the time for personal use because I’m not getting Hosed by e liquid prices there’s a 100% markup on liquid and hardware on B&M shops here if you’re lucky others still try the 200-400% markup, saw an ipv3Li for $150+ tax not long ago. but i don’t liked when i couldn’t even make a single juice equal to commercial.

I cant help… but I can enjoy your ride as you figure it out! 
Side note… a lot of folks think just a percentage change and yeah… no need to add or take away a flavor… I try not to think about it… I have seen it happen to mine… and really… I have to keep in mind those that would do that… at least thought enough on the “pouched” recipe to even claim it as theirs…

oh Joel, I’ve had an Rx since 2011… I actually just managed to make weak THC liquid out of 70g that we’re garbage quality. PG400+PG+VG. but that’s medicine not recreational, although i have tried the recreational twice… that really messed you up, but the e-juice tastes better after some bc bud , It’s my Rx tho… If you would see all the garbage the doctors got me in you would be wondering how can I even type coherent or anything at all. You know when there’s like zero medicines and the doctors have no clue what causes it? (CVS) i honestly rather have a cure than have a darn specialist tell me smoke weed or go to the ER your choice… I wish i was taking it for fun , nope it’s been an Rx like 7 years prior to being legal, I got used to the MMAR rules this new system is a headache pretty much get an Rx for each LP you want to buy from… what a joke.
I’m thinking adding 3% philippine mango although not sure maybe 2%?

Ok this is something new to me i cant taste strawberry well i was close once but not close enough to say its strawberry like a pink taste i wnna ask maybe some one kan guide me or help me or something i bought a juice when i started vaping (brand name is brutal. strawberry,litchi, on ice) so that i could taste the strawberry very well i tried it but can never taste it but i was using strawberry at 5% -9% could i maybe taste it if i mix it at 15% or will it mute if anyone can help i will appreciate it alot.

Do single flavor tests and find out… nobody’s stopping you from using 20% flavoring in a juice.
Best way of course is to start low, from the point where you can barely notice any flavor, and work your way up in small steps. Take notes along the way.
You can do this while shaking and vaping, just mix in more flavor each time. Steeping will make your juice less harsh and will often increase flavor (certainly with creams, bakery and tobaccos), but most fruits are perfect to try it this way.
I’m not going to give you a starting point… if I say 5%, it’ll be OK for strawberry ripe or sweet strawberry, but if you do that with Shisha or Alpine, you’re already screwing up your tests. Read notes before starting off. It’s all about preparation.

Thanks will try that i always thought that more flavor will kill the flavor till i saw this so i was just wondering could that be why i can taste strawberry in comercial juice and not in my own mixes cause i gave up at 9% and yes cant taste strawberry no where just at one drop i tasted the pink sweet flavor and it was strawberry ripe tfa.

Will have to single test hopefully it pops up somewhere i really hope so thanks @anon84779643 and @anon28032772 my taste is pretty screwed up by the look of it tasting pepper cant taste strawberry poor me lol. Thanks again it always comes down to single flavor testing and i do test when i have time.
