So you can certainly point me to the studies with long term results, and the history of successfully approved mrna vaccinations?
I don’t want to annoy you but I’m a bit lost on the chain of evidence. As far as I can judge the situation, no mrna vaccine has ever made it through the approval process. Not sure about the vector vaccines.
I think I’ll take my chances and avoid it for now and hopefully forever.

OK, whew, hehe. I did read (and I WILL find the source and cite), that there HAD been trials, but I had heard it was on children, and animals, with the most recent being ferrets I believe. I will check …

Oh, well fairly recently yes, and as mentioned above, only in the short term, or for immediate effect. I would like to back up what I stated above, rather than just sloppy post. Let me dig around and see what I can find.

Long term results? Of course not this is a new vaccine based on years of study. it went through expedited clinical trials. It is the first mrna and the first approved that I know of at this point. The point is the post said no human trials and that is false. As is the part of of the animal trials and the disastrous results. Completely unrelated vaccine as far as I know. As I have said, you do you. Hope you don’t need it. The two folks I know who were absolutely against it made it clear they wished they had before they died.

I didn’t know that we are disagreeing. I think the vaccine is a personal choice and I am not forcing my beliefs on anyone else. That being said, I do have issues with all the false information that is floating around. People really need to educate themselves and not jump on what some politician says or the latest youtuber says is right. Avoid the fringe news on both sides and go straight to the source. I do know that the heart break and tragedy I’ve seen could have been avoided. It is very sad for all involved.

Yeah, that’s the HARD part, getting people to think, research, understand before sharing/posting, etc.
I’ve done quite a bit of research, trying to “square” the numbers being reported from numerous media outlets, stating overrun hospitals, etc. When I check the actual COVID bed utilization numbers, they don’t square up, and not even close, so I can’t speak to exactly why this incorrect information is being pushed, and repeatedly. And, it’s not just raw (simple) numbers that are being mis-reported, as you have even more examples…
There is indeed MUCH crap out there.

Too many are choosing to not get vaccinated that if it continues this will never go away. It’d time to unfortunately implement I hate to say it but ppl need to get vaccinated or we will continue to die off. Then our kids will have NO future. Ri don’t have kidsbIf i did I would want them to have a world to live in.

Plan ahead. They won’t let you enter Italy without vax. Be ready to be ill for a week from the two shot vax. Remember the vax will not stop you from getting from getting Covid-19. It will reduce symptoms from Covid if you become exposed.

Thankfully this is still not the case. Despite Italy having one of the most authoritarian covid regulations, it still is either you are vaccinated/boosted, tested negative or recovered from covid-19.
Let’s hope they’ll start relaxing this now and following the Vikings (no covid restrictions anymore inside the country and bye to F-ing covid pass)

The quick tests are not 100 percent accurate. The normal Covid-19 test (2 to 3 day results) is is 98 percent accurate.
Couple of weeks ago got terrible cold symptoms. Lasted about 2 weeks then another week to get back to normal. Both self administered tests came back negative.
