To pre-empt an issue: Bitter Wizard is a rather special condiment and should be tested at 0.25% at most - This test should be with a tobacco blend: One with BW and one without.

At what percentage and steep time did you arrive at during SFT?

I gave them both 1 week but it didn’t seem to change for the strawberry green after 1 day to the other 6 the banana candy i tried after 3 days and it just wasn’t done it tasted much better after 1 week I did them both 3%
But both probably could’ve been either bit lower or higher they are tolerable that way.
