Too funny. I’ve done that before. Actually I forget where I am a lot.
…
Ha ha, private or public I’m letting everyone know that I have to go to bed now, work tomorrow. Pleasant dreams and g’nite
All I see in here are visions of my future….and it’s disorganised.
Has anyone found an organizing solution for drawers? I don’t want to jam all the bottles together because I don’t know how I’ll be able to tell one bottle from another. The closest I’ve found is this type on Amazon, but they’re too tall for 30ml and smaller bottles.
Drawer DIviders
Sounds stupid maybe but I use old boxes to do that same thing. Like my istick pico box a my Apple Watch box and on. The ferrera roche boxes are great to contain stuff. I organise based on thing. Perhaps you can start accumulating smaller boxes and break them into flavour type or manufacturers or both.
I used to buy drawer dividers but this ended up much more customisable. The issue is if you don’t get quite a few in per box and you stand them up, all the bottles will fall Over. Still it’s basically free.
I also use small baskets from Amazon to break drawers into compartments.
Here’s one I have sitting on my desk area. Just filled with misc. I put a needle nose so you could see size. That’s the bottom of an I stick pico box. The thing is you can jenga however you want in a drawer.
I don’t know how many flavours you’re dealing with but a collection of grid-it would be great for drawers. Pull out the whole thing and there you go.
I have a few of these and this has made
Me curious how many flavours I can get in my unused ones. To then put in a drawer.
Edit - well I moved my leaguer flavour selection into a grid it. Not a good solution maybe for those with a lot of flavours. Bigger bottles would actually fare a lot better. Finding one with evenly sized electrics would be more helpful. I have a case like that from coil master that I’ll have to try. I like the idea but it needs refining and some of you have a thousand flavours
i would do something like this tray. just lift it out of the draw and better see what your looking for.
I’ve seen that Grid-It thing for a car’s visor, which I think is a great idea, but for storing a bunch of 10-15ml bottles, I don’t see how it would help me.
As for number of flavors, I kinda went crazy during Black Friday last year plus Nicotine River’s 50% sales, so I’ve got a lot. Like a lot. I’m going to be doing SFT for the foreseeable future.
That tray just seems like it would be wasting a lot of drawer space.
The piece of furniture I’m going to be using is this kind of combo chest of drawers/armoire thing. I haven’t a clue how to describe it, tbh. I was planning on steeping juice in the section I’ve been calling the armoire, which has a door that opens onto two shelves. To the right of that are three regular-sized dresser drawers, where I was gonna put flavors, PG, VG, and scales. Beneath the armoire/drawers are two long drawers where I was gonna stuff empty bottles and coil-related stuff (once I get rid of my computer-related stuff that’s in there now).
Since I’ve got so many things, I wanted to make the absolute most of the space I’ve got, since I’d still like to be able to use any remaining room for computer stuff. That’s why I liked those things I linked, since they’re drawer-sized. But, like I said, they’re too tall.
i have an idea = picture
Here’s what it looks like, complete w/ junk piled on top of it and the bottom drawer obscured by even more junk.
Keep in mind I can’t have any vape stuff showing in my apartment, as smoking/vaping isn’t allowed, so the top area isn’t useable space. (and yeah, I know I’ve got Geek Vape boxes up there right now, but if management/maintenance comes over, anything like that gets hidden fast.
btw, this is in my living room, which is where everyone keeps bedroom furniture
Yah I agree for a lot of flavours it wouldn’t really work.
That said the using other boxes, cutting them down. Etc. It really allows full customisation and works very well. I’d take a picture of my stuff but it’s personal not vaping related. I use small Amazon boxes even.
Anyway if you find something good let us know. IKEA has a tonne of drawer organisers that are incredible.
God, I wish I’d thought to ask this sooner. I’m always throwing out little Amazon boxes. I just got a small item that could’ve been sent in a mailer, but instead, they sent it in a box. I just broke down a fuckton of Amazon boxes this week. Most were large ones, though. I do keep all the boxes that my mods and attys come in, which is taking up one of the drawers atm. I’m a terrible packrat, unfortunately, especially in a small apartment.
I was thinking of maybe something like this Divided Plastic Box if I could find one with more grids. This would do what you were talking about with the Grid-It in that I could lift it out of the drawer to see the flavors/carry them to my workspace. But, like the tray @jinx_d suggested, it wastes too much of the drawer space.
what time is it where you are? Its 3.20pm here in alberta canada.
Im just so curious if its close to our time…
For 10 ml bottles I use these. 10 ml fits perfectly. 15 ml will not.
See my post above. All on the shelf above the 30 ml bottles are 10 ml. Works pretty good and not very tall where they will fit in drawers.

Edit: Also the 5 tier organizers could possibly have the sides removed and laid flat in a drawer. The bottles would then set at a 45 degree angle. I haven’t tried this but see no reason why that wouldn’t work/.
I’ll see if I can cover what I need to and snap a photo of what I have done. I even do it in my underwear and sock drawer to separate various thing like running socks long socks dress socks. Et. It’s something someone showed on a hack your life type show a decade ago and it works so well.
You could even do a box with your most frequently used - the benefit being like the grid it you can take it with you
You know looking at essential oil organisers like this.
Why not get foam and do cutouts or something- like the inside
Or this
The foam would be cheap as chips.
Here’s some foam with blocks to break out. All kinds of heights widths lengths etc are available for this stuff.
What size bottles and how many could fit in that? My bottles are mostly a mix of 10ml and 15ml. I do have some 30ml and 2oz bottles, but I’m not really expecting them to fit in whatever I find since their bases are larger.
edit. I just noticed it comes dissassembled. The trays could be laid flat, right?
I’ve thought of that, since I’ve seen it in one of these threads, I just haven’t seen it anywhere that’s affordable. Maybe I’m using the wrong search terms?
