This is something you should probably do because of Hunt being a more imminent and personal concern in your country. I’ve done it once and it worked and I’m doing it now with someone else and it’s showing some promising signs. You never know how long it will take but something will happen. It’s very simple to do and has nothing to do with my own so called “juju”. It’s something a Salem witch told a friend about when she was having major problems at work. Write his name on a piece of paper, put it in a glass jar and bury it in your freezer. This will have the effect of stopping that person cold and ridding them from your life forever. Might not hurt to add his picture but not necessary and something I just thought of. But I want to warn you. Please be sure your reasoning behind this is warranted because you don’t want to create bad karma for yourself by “freezing” a man who might be doing good in other ways for other people. Just saying. Focus your concerns about his crummy vape legislation as you do this.

This is amazing as a vet tech / (former) professional groomer/ rescue agency volunteer, I deeply appreciate animal rescuers! My parents also love animals & raised me to adopt animals in need. No judgment to those who buy from quality, reputable breeders; I’ve just gotten lucky to get my “designer breeds” from rescue situations. Every dog & cat I’ve ever had has been from a shelter or a pet needing re-homed. I swear they are so appreciative for life
I currently have a gorgeous 3yo applehead Siamese that was rescued as a 6 week old kitten from a sweet couple who rescued 2 litters of kittens from their neglectful neighbors. Unfortunately he wasn’t doing well. A vet discovered that he was slowly dying from a hernia & they couldn’t afford the surgery to save him. They found me online through friends of friends & messaged me for help. Within 2 hours of their 1st message, I was rushing him to a hospital for surgery. I couldn’t afford the procedure either, but the rescue agency covered his medical care. I swear he was going to die in my lap he was in such horrible shape. Cried the whole way there, telling him to just hang on; surgery went great & he came home after 4 days in the animal ER. After 3-4 months wearing a cone of shame & exhausting 24-hour care, he was as good as new.
The couple was so grateful that he survived the surgery, so they also gave me the kitten’s half-brother (lol), a Persian-Siamese to keep him company during his recovery. He’s also amazing & they’re both thriving. Best kitties I’ve ever owned, I swear they’re part dog, part kitty & part human. They play fetch & have different meows for different needs (food, cuddles, playtime, outside patio time etc). Sorry for rambling, I just love animal rescue stories so damn much
That sounds like my Timmy, long gone now and sadly missed When I got him from somebody that couldn’t care for him, he had Urethral obstruction and was definitely in pain. Luckily my good friends sister is a vet and fixed him right up. Even though he had ongoing issues and was in and out of the vets many times,Timmy lived a long and happy life
I’m so happy that Timmy found you; it sounds like he lived an amazing & well loved life with you. Urethral blocks can VERY quickly kill cats, as you’re probably well aware of, so Timmy definitely lucked out getting rescued by such a caring owner like yourself. My poor siamese Strutt actually needed treatment for a small blockage when he was only 2 years old! Common in male cats, especially if they only eat dry food or get stressed out. Anyone reading this, please be sure to feed your kitties wet food as often as possible & rely on dry food only as a supplement to help prevent blockages, urinary issues etc. Strutt got his name due to his goofy “pimp walk”/ strutting around awkwardly caused by his cone being tied around him to prevent it from falling off as a tiny kitten after his life-saving surgery.
In my 7 years of vet tech/ grooming work, I only went to the hospital 1x because of an animal attack accident & that was due to a gigantic 17lb cat being treated for a urinary blockage (when that occurs we need to insert a catheter into their urethra - yikes, majorly uncomfortable). Lol I felt way worse for the kitty than for my torn up, stitched up hands we both ended up okay though sorry for getting so OT guys, couldn’t help myself

Apologies for posting this here but I can’t remember what thread it was as it was a long time ago (over 4 months ago) but you mentioned you did a 4 month steep of TFA Tiramisu and it was an “awesome coffee” so I did the same but with FA Tiramisu (Booster) @ 4% and a 4 month steep as well and mine tasted exactly like the Vista Vapors Coffee’n’Cream I used to get before I started to DIY. Thanks champ, now I have a single flavour coffee vape that goes into my rotation. UDA man .
No matter how many times I vaped the TFA Tirimasu it never tasted like any kind of desert, I recall.
Switched my mental expectation to coffee and it was excellent - as just a coffee solo flavour and I still cannot taste any kind of cheese, or chocolate, or whatever.
Incidentally, I tried it as an additive with two other coffess (Capella Cup-a-Joe and INW Coffee) and, well, both those two flavours kinda suck as a coffee vape and adding the TFA Tmsu did nothing to save either of them.
Just occurred to me you know, we would probably all do better hypothetically if we covered the labels on flavours we’re testing so we don’t know what’s in each bottle and test that way - purely with our nose/mouth: shit knows WHAT flavours might actually taste perfectly like some other flavour we’re looking for - if we did not KNOW what we were meant to be smelling/tasting.
Practically though that would be a pain in the arse of course, so who would ever do it.
You may be on to something there mate, I might try it for myself just to find out what it’s like. I will put a blank piece of paper over the labels on my testers and then reveal them after testing the flavours to see if what I actually tasted was close to the intended profile. Obviously I will use identical bottles. Actually I have a few testers steeping as we speak so I will try it with those. A blind taste test sounds like fun to me anyway.

Unless a post is offensive enough to be removed, it should be left where the poster posted it.
I do not agree with moderators moving and butchering other people’s thoughts and content: unless a post is truly offensive in which case it should be removed - certainly - but simply chopping and moving posts around out of a misguided inclination to keep some fastidiously organized list of topics - no way.
It completely destroys the organic progression of every thread it happens in and is fuckin stupid: all we end up with are disjointed posts with no relation to the posts around them.
Like taking a tree growing in its natural form, chopping it into a bunch of little one foot peices and tossing them all in random boxes in no specific order, then acting like you’ve done a service of some kind when the original tree was just fine how it was.
