A fine line for a stoic perspective.

This comment is a note for me, or someone looking for similar information…

I said above where my mixes were shit. NOT TRUE!

I only tossed a few mixes away because they were terrible. Kept all the rest… Anyways. I first started mixing "1st week’ and had ZERO idea of what flavor did what- and so on and so forth. I used an RDA my first few mixes- and thought, "I’ll just speed up the process and use my MOD with the replaceable coils- and swap coils after I burn them up…

So I’d run 2/3/4 different juices through them and think everything was alright, until I realized that an RFA with fresh cotton every juice is the BEST way to vape if you’re able to do so…

I drive for a living, so an RDA was out for me, with that said, when im at home I strictly use the RDA. When working, I keep my replaceable coils fresh- and only 1 juice through them.

Long-winded I know- also NOVICE information, but like I said before… I can guarantee there is someone else just like me who hates themselves for not doing things the proper way.

I make so many typos that I have been looking for a new set of auto-error correcting fingers, but I haven’t found them yet. :upside_down_face:

Use the resources function at Elr.Just type in the flavor n company and it will give you the percentage most people use it at …tho ill admit im pretty heavy handed too but mainly with simple fruit medleys, the desserts is where you need a lil more finess and better layering skills but i just go by my own taste buds n ideas and what ive seen most use particular concentrates at.Idk i think its a lot like baking, cooking, bar tending etc, it either comes easy or hard for diff people especially if you have no idea what pairs well with what but its best to stay simple n build off that as you learn more n more over time.

Will someone take a look at this recipe and let me know if I have too many creams etc? It’s only steeped 9 days the pralines are noticeable however, it seems slightly muted

Me…I would knock everything down 50%, except the Pralines.

Also, in case you weren’t aware you can click on an individual flavor name and you will see the average mixing % used by other people. That still doesn’t take the place of SFT, but use it as a guideline.

@TorturedZen
Thank you very much, I’m going to make a tester batch using you suggestions.

Creams are heavy…When mixing i try to keep my Cream base at 25pct of the overall flavoring pct . I do this because i was bad at over creaming recipes…Not all recipes will need this approach but it will help you stop using too much cream…When i say cream im talking the BC , YWC, and even though TPS CCGC is high in crusy it still has the cream compunds.

Erythritol at half a pct isnt doing much and isnt the greatest sweetener .

Thank you for the feedback, I am cutting way back on the Creams on the next batch, maybe even eliminating the YWC as I probably do not need to cheesecakes int the mix, I believe this recipe has potential, so I will keep tweaking until I get it right.
Thanks again for the help, it’s always appreciated.

Keep in mind that CCGC is heavy on the crust so having both actually fills each other out …

Didn’t think about that, I may just keep it in. Any suggestions on how to increase the nuttiness? Maybe use a bit of AP or Hazelnut?

Ok folks, I did a mix on March 9th, I was just now going to try it but I found it to be cloudy, it smells great and has a good knuckle test. Is it still ok to vape it even though it’s cloudy? Also, what would cause the cloudiness?
Thoughts?
Thank you in advance
