More ideas: A few are more challenging, a few where texture is important part of the recipe, a few where there’s no easy escape by cheating with creams/IC or ton of SS.

  • Crispy Thai Fried Banana (Kluai Kaek)
  • Berliner Krapfen (not donut and not glazed)
  • Pistachio Arancini
  • Plum forward anything and no other fruit
  • Any 2-flavor recipe
  • Any 3-flavor fruit-only recipe
  • And 3-flavor dessert recipe
    (because these 2-3 flavors would be most mixed probably and are easy for beginners)
  • 2%max recipe
  • Marlon Boro recipe
  • Mission Impossible Project (beat Folkart’s chocolate recipes)
  • THE pancake. No topping allowed.

I’ll wait for Fiddy to chime in, this is his idea. Alot of those look more specific vs a profile, (reason that Milk and Honey Baklava was disqualified)

Although in a future month I would not be against doing beginner mixes (3 flavor or such) I’m actually working on some now for a youtube beginner show

really just looking for Profiles I really dont care though . The one thing i dont want to do is restrictions. I dont want to tell anyone you cant use this or that , these brands only , max pct or max or min flavors. This wasnt meant for you @saspi i was replying to @Rocky02852

Yeah I know you were just joking, but I did change it to just “Baklava”. The Milk and Honey part was restrictive imo. There’s still a couple ppl out there that don’t have it!

ahhh good lol I didn’t notice you changed it …Milk and Honey doesnt mean it has to have FLV MnH in it…Its just like saying Strawberry Custard
