I purchased a flavor from Flavor West a long while ago, and it looked like it had a layer on top in the bottle, and didn’t pay much attention. Mixed it up (no balls), but had the same oil slick on the top of my mixed bottle, and I tossed both the mix, and the flavor. I’ve got enough chemicals flying around, and didn’t want any oily issues on top.

Most of the people here, will almost always take safety very seriously, and rather than just tell you, “It’ll probably be OK”, we’d rather err on the side of caution, even if it’s a pain in the ass to do so.

Seems to appear that the beads are actually the same globbies that are crystallizing in the atty chamber due to the heat. But again, we’re all speculating at this point.

I reckon the oily globules are hardening into the balls around the coils as heat is applied. Be buggered if I would be vaping that, most daunting to have the possibility of those being inhaled.

I’ve seen those balls before. It happened when I was trying to liquify some THC wax with PG/VG to make it “vapeable”. Sometimes it would seperate and leave an oily slick in the bottle and when heated up in the coil, it would leave these little granules very similar to what you have. I would rewick and use the atty with a regular vape mix, but trace amounts of the THC liquid would cause the balls to reappear even with a regular mix and new wick. Needless to say I threw it and the coil out and gave up trying to make it work. I imagine the problem was in whatever was in the wax. Sometimes it worked perfectly and a couple of times, the slick would be there. I gave up on trying. Not suggesting that you’re doing the same thing, but that there could be an alien substance in your flavoring that may be causing this.

Now that totally makes sense. I agree that the possibility of these balls being inhaled, and the associated risk, far outweighs using the flavour.

These things HAVE TO BE foreign contaminates.
The key reason for that assertion (to me) being “they don’t crack when i try to bite down on them”.
There’s NOTHING in the composition of any normal eliquid (specifically with the components you’ve listed: VG, PG, nic, and a single flavor; in this case jungle frost) that could possibly form a substance as hard as what you describe encountering.
Given that, I’d suggest NOT VAPING even a single ml more of the liquid that contains these foreign contaminants.
Even glass would crack under the pressure of the average human’s jaw pressure. How do I know? Car accident.
Something is not at all right about this report. Oil is the least of the concerns here IMO.

Wow, how crazy.
I agree with everybody that is telling you not to vape another drop of it. I also, like INW’s Jungle Frost and am vaping some now. PG,VG, Nic, and 1.5% of Jungle Frost.
I am going to make some at 28% and see what happens with it.
I vape it at 1.5 and in pods and it’s perfect for me. I’m not sure how you can do it at 28% but to each their own.

Im a tactile person: kinda person who will lick batteries to check their charge because it’s faster than plugging them in a charger to see.
