Sorry but just my opinion, this is your problem. Temp control can be finicky Smok products have shown their lack of quality engineering and construction. Some get lucky and get a good product, a lot do not. When you can find yourself a good DNA or better quality chip in a quality mod.

Is that definitely in Fahrenheit? I’m at 250 in Celcius? Maybe it’s struggling to keep that cool?

I know this is like asking “is it plugged in?” but is it set to SS? I’ve taken SS over 400f but that was on a DNA. Can you take pics of your settings and coils? Might help somebody help, not sure how, but it can’t hurt if you have the time.

I just got the Ijoy Avenger and am I GLAD I did. All I have to do is use the voice command at “normal power” and all is great. Works fine and I used the settings from that on my SMOK T-Priv and all is well. Thank you all for your help. BTW I forgot to mention, I have three (3) RTA’s. I have a Wotofo Bravo (Dual Post)s a Tigertek Springer (Dual posts) and a Vandy vape Revolver. Does anyone here have any of them? Thank you all and God Bless.

Hello all, I am just curious. What kind of coils do you all like and why. Currently I am using just a straight up SS Coil 22 and 26 gauge but I always read where people like certain coils because they enhance the flavor of the e-liquid. Any thoughts. Thank you

Check out Advanced Vapor Supply, all they sell is SS. Try out some fused claptons, they’re wrapped single core, just like a guitar string. The exterior thin gauge Ss helps to trap more liquid on the coil causing more liquid to vaporize than a regular wire, giving more flavor.

If you want to troubleshoot, always go for relatively thin (say .5mm) mono strand wire with spaced coil. Never really notice that much of an improvement using fancy coils.

Thank you, I have been watching a lot of U-Tube and was watching a video on how to build the clapton.s I think I will start out on making just a regular micro coil and for now I will buy some fused claptons. Thank you for the advice

I will definitely check them out. I think I may start out by using 26gauge ss at 0.15 hom. I now have my three RTA’s with working coils and I am no longer nervous about using my own coils. Thanks to all you guys out there who helped me tremendously .
