Waffle Crunch (River Supply) 3% (3-2-20) – My current go to waffle is FW’s Waffle Cone, and it brings a lot to the party. At 3% this one was fairly full, but fell behind my go to in strength. I didn’t get an overwhelming (if any) maple in this, which would open it’s uses, and sweetness was mid to low, which was surprising. I could def. pick up on some actual cone elements that weren’t exactly biscuit-y, but favored that direction. As far as any “crunch”, not sure if I really picked up on any of it here. I don’t think this will kick my go to off it’s perch, but it was still quite good. For a fairly versatile Waffle flavor, not loaded up with Maple Syrup or butter, that’s not overly heavy handed, this one may work for you. 8.75/10.
Kind of…lol. It sounds like it’s similiar to bakers touch from LB which boosts almost all bakery/cake items. But I was really enjoying the bread pudding, which you know I have longed for a decent one forever. I think I’m just going to have to order it and try it.
You lowered your rating of the bp after trying it, so that makes me think in a head to head the Sugar Crunch clearly impressed you. I think trying it is the only fix now…will it still hit my bread pudding radar and a damn fine one at that
However, I am curious as to why you did lower your rating of the bp? Did you think it no longer was good enough for your original rating, or just that the sugar crunch was so much better and ticked all the same boxes for uses so don’t waste your time with the BP?
So I guess it the answer to your question is it made it worse…lol.
@MysticRose, let me see if I can clarify. The fact that these both are bready, creamy, sweetish, made them very similar. Now, for MY tastes, I did favor the SC, maybe because it was more pronounced, or more to my profile, and it was def. a more “in your face” kind of flavor. The BP however, while still good, was more refined, had some elements the SC did not have, and was far less “in your face”-ish if that makes sense. I rated the SC higher, as it was still a very similar bready, creamy, sweetish vape, but I just favored it more than the BP. Doesn’t/didn’t mean the BP was inferior, and I recommend everyone try the BP, but just for my tastes, the SC drove it home a bit more than the BP. The BP was def. a bit more recessed (at the tested %), and more refined if that makes sense, with more subtle notes to my tastes. Still very worth buying Rose.
That makes perfect sense, and I love in your face flavor too, so it’s definitely on my list for my next order. Thank you again for all your hard work and time you put into your reviews!
How are things progressing ? Can’t wait to start seeing some of your thoughts
@MysticRose without going into a lengthy explanation, not as quickly as I had planned. I mixed the first (10) at 2:00 am this morning, so will be posting some results soon. My wife has Alzheimers and I had spine surgery 6 month ago. My day sometimes doesn’t always go as planned. I have VERY LITTLE help, so sometimes my day is a little hectic. Its SO weird you asked. I was going to PM you, but just haven’t got to it yet. Probably tomorrow. Thanks for asking.
Understood @Pap, whenever you have the time. I’m curious to hear what you think as well. Hope you’re doing well after your surgery.
I’ve always taken care of things myself @SessionDrummer, sometimes its just a little slower. It could always be worse!
No rush or worries at all. I have health issues that get in the way of normal life for me too. That is also why I stopped SF testing, I do miss it a lot though. Strange isn’t it…lol
Do it as you have time, just wanted to let you know I was still excited to hear about your results.
Take care
Fruit Crunch (River Supply) 3% (3-24-20) – This being the LAST one in this long series brings this series to a close. Immediately upon vaping the first thoughts were exactly Fruity Pebbles and Bergamot. I could def. pick up on the orange and lime elements, but there were more, and they presented as a light fruity pebbles. I could almost detect maybe some light marshmallow in there, but was hard to say. At the testing weight, it was overall mid strength, and sweetness was actually fairly low. Realizing the name, there was fruit in there, and the bergamot might have been a bit forward for my tastes. It was an interesting mix of an orangey limey base with some pebbles thrown in. With the bergamot being so forward, some work would be required if you wanted to really shift it to a more pure fruity pebbles mix. Nothing sharp or bitter in the mix, and it was a refreshingly clean way to end this series. For my tastes, the bergamot was a bit heavy, but maybe that’s what a “Fruit Crunch” is ?? 6.5/10.
WHEW, that was a BIG series. As always you should try these for yourselves, as tastes vary. A pretty good offering from @Nicotine_River overall. As far as my tastes go, despite having many great ones, the top of the top’s were:
Boysenberry Pie
Cola Freeze
Lemonade
Pineapple Sherbert
Strawberry Milk
Sugar Crunch

River Pacific Cooler
Makes A Great Single Flavor
Equipment used:
Aromamizer RDTA v1
24ga. 316L SS Dual Coil .21ohm
70watts @3% 5 day Steep
There are but just a handful of flavors that come to mind that make a really good Vape on their own without the addition of various other flavors. This is one of those. The Cooler in the name doesn’t have anything to do with the taste.
There is no cooling effect such as you would get with a WS-23, or say a Koolada. What you do get is a Bright, Refreshing nothing really standing out, very nice Fruit Vape. Orange is definitely in there, not strong, but you certainly know it’s there. I taste a slight Tangerine, and the ever so SLIGHT lemon. You can’t really taste Lemon per say, but I think it’s just enough to Brighten the other citrus flavors. And it may just be me, but I’m thinking they have added a TINY amount of a sweet Apple too. There is enough sweetener to taste like the natural sugars in the fruit. If you want a TERRIFIC, Bright, Smooth Citrus fruit Vape you can actually use with a single day steep…getcha a big ol’ bottle. Trust me! I’m a Dessert type Vape fan, but , this Pacific Cooler is GOOD stuff !
Thanks friend!
Very nice…thank you!!!
Thank YOU!
I’m finally getting up nr bread pudding this weekend and have a recipe to test it with yo see how it fares in a mix. Looking to be unexpectedly surprised with solid but subtle flavor- hopefully… it’s all about the final recipe and it needs to be the base to create that.
Has anyone tested Cream Dream? I have SFT’d it at 5% but don’t get much from it at all. Both SnV and steeped for a few weeks tastes very ummm, tasteless? How high could/should I go on this? Only got it to try out and fill my basket for shipping…
Fresh03 likes it , I think he said its a light SB Cream …Id imagine you have pushed it far enough . If yiur not getting a distinct taste out of it vape it again and see if there is a goid mouthfeel , any nitws of Vanilla etc …A lot of Creams dont have an Upfront taste that you would get from a Fruit or bakery .
Loved the series of flavours that have been shared here and these seem like a great list of flavours to choose from. One must try these and using “homemade” or unregulated vape juices is also a great thing. Mixing these e juices and trying them is a one way to enhance your vaping experience.
