Grants Pass is beautiful. Used to work for a company in Medford. Every other month, they’d fly me up there for 2 weeks from Central California. South of Sacramento. Stayed for for the 2nd weekend so I could explore that wonderland. Klamath Falls, the rivers… Grew up in Michigan. Miss the scenery. NOT the cold!

First came to Ca. we lived in Weed. Did you know everyone there graduated from Weed High?

Are those chocolate chips?! I’d ask for the recipe, but I’m already easy to locate. Well done. As in done well, as apposed to a well done steak.

I’ve never seen a white squirrel. THAT’S cool!

When we lived in Michigan we had a lot of squirrels. Just not white. Here in the valley of California, we’ve seen not one.

Albino anything are not adapted to there surroundings and don’t last long in the wild. That’s one lucky squirrel!

This is how you get carpel tunnel. Program called Paint Shop Pro 7th Anniversary. Been using it since 2000. Had to zoom way in, to get 1 pixel at a time, for the outline, then expand to 5 pixels to make the line thicker, then 20 pixels, and finally 50 pixels to fill it in.

Then there’s a ā€œretouchā€ tool to go around the edges to blend in. My hand is numb from the mouse. Took me 4 hours!

That’s my oldest grand son. His wife is carrying our 1st great granddaughter, ā€œDIPā€. 23 years old, now.

Sweet! So where do the shelves with the bottle size cutouts go?

I don’t want to try opening the front of the door and knock it over, the door is way too heavy on the front lol. Here’s a shot of the shelves from the back, I left the back open because it’s going to be against the wall anyway. I only put in about four shelves so far, I need to make two more. The other ones I made, ended up being too short. I made them all the same length, but I didn’t account for the boards on the sides being slightly warped, so it became slightly wider towards the middle to the bottom.

Yeah… the screws… so, the first time I tried to hang it up it kind of broke the drywall. It would have probably stayed up, but for whatever reason the screw wouldn’t go into the drywall and it pushed the whole thing out and cause a little hole in the wall. I patched it, and I got drywall anchors. I’m just procrastinating.

The boards on the back are for supporting the whole thing in mounting it to the wall.

Part of the reason I kind of sort of felt like giving up on the woodworking thing, I need a pretty expensive dust collector. The Shop-Vac is just so loud, so obnoxiously loud I feel a horrible using it because I don’t want to disturb the neighbors. I want to get a dedicated dust collector that specifically made for woodworking but it’s like $400. I just put that on hold for now, because 90% of what I’m working on is usually sanding.

WAIIIIIT, a minute! You’ll show someone else pictures, when I’ve been demanding them for how long?

I’m not feeling the love, girl! Here I thought we had a thing going on, Mrs. Jones! :innocent:

Why do you call yourself mediocre? You rock!!! You have serious skills, ambitions, a GREAT job, in which your doing a great job!!! You have integrity (My favorite word) you look out for complete strangers, risk life and limb for them… You are the exact opposite of mediocre. You are superlative, distinguished, and first class! PLEASE respect yourself as much as I respect you!

I speak from 81 years of experience. Minus the years I couldn’t speak. Or think. Or understand.

Something in your life brought you down. I know. I’ve been there. In a way, I’m still there. I choose to say, ā€œFuck y’allā€ You can’t bring me down any farther! I rise above you. My mother literally beat blood outta my ass cheeks. 'Ya know what? She’s been gone 30 years. As the song says, ā€œI’m still standing, after all these yearsā€¦ā€

As some weirdo said on an info-mercurial. ā€œYou can do-eetā€. Some exorcise bike, I dunno remember. But you gotta fan, and a supporter, okay. PLEASE feel free to message me if/when you need a ā€œpick me upā€. I just have this feeling, okay?
