Yes it will you can use both of them together for a better effect .25 citric (10%) and .75 malic (30%) if you are using tpa sour you can bump the malic up around the 1 mark

Im glad you said more Malic ā¦I was thinking since pineapple had Citric acid adding too much may push it over the topā¦Ok TPA sour is ??? Citric ??? I might nit have malicā¦i think i want to get powders any particular brand

Tpa sour is malic acid 20%. Powders are fairly generic - i will shoot you details of amounts I use if you are going to mix your own

You can get powder and mix yourself but if you have a poke around on NN they have a few solutions ready to go.

Iām still searching myself. I like JF Honey Peach although it is more like tin peaches, it has a background note that Iām yet to figure out what it is.
Simon taught me this trick, I use it regularly and I found it works great in candies and drinks but never had success when working it in with creams or bakeries.

If you have the flavorsā¦ Try this one, itās based on Rupertās recipe, but Iāve taken some liberty with it.
Though Iād suggest dropping the peach back to about 0.5% to 0.6% for anyone whoās going to SnV it.

Used Smokyās idea of cheesecake and Brie and itās so freaking good. I think this probably needs more pie shell but itās so dang good I really donāt care.
