02Sept mix report update: I bought some classic baklava this morning and ate a piece, had a small drink of water and went downstairs for a vape: the Baklava vape is definitely mellowing on the clove/cinnamon notes and the pastry/nut notes are coming forward. Eager to see how it is after a couple more weeks.

07Sept mix report update: Aged Bourbon Cream tastes pretty nice after just a day. Faint bourbon taste, nice cream taste. Should be really good as it ages more. Apple Pie surprised me when I tasted it today. It still smells very apple forward but the pie/crust taste is definitely there so it should round out nicely as it ages.

Here’s my 1 week extract review. Everything was mixed at 1.5%, 3mg pg nic, max vg (pg/vg ratio: 6/94).

Apple- Very faint apple flavor. I can actually hardly taste anything other than sweetness. This is going back into the steeping box for another week and then I might up the % to 2% depending on how it is at that point.

Cookies and cream- Even lighter flavor than the apple. I’m guessing this is going to take a higher %, might go up to 2.5%, as well as a longer steep.

Blueberry Acai Pomegranate- Again, super light but it has more flavor than the above two. I’m tasting the pomegranate the most (I think…), it’s crisp and not very sweet. Im planning on trying this one again at 1.5% with some pyure and a two week steep.
update: I had originally tested this on day six, now on day ten it seems as though something magical has happened. The flavors are starting to come through much better. It’s still not a punch-you-in-the-face strong flavor, but I think 1.5% with a good two or three week steep is where I’m gonna keep this one. I still plan on trying it with pyure too, just to see what that’s like.

Vanilla custard- Delicious. The vanilla is up front, and it reminds me of vanilla buttercream icing. It’s definitely sweet enough for me, but I’m thinking it’ll need a longer steep for more of the custard notes to come through. I blew right through the 20mls that I made (literally finished it off after 6 days, and I had to pace myself to make it last that long), so I’m mixing up two 50ml bottles. One to binge on and one to hide away for a month.

Champagne- I knew this would be mild just by the finger test I did (actually…I licked little paper seal. Don’t judge.) so I waited a full week to even try it. I’ve got nothin. I’m gonna bump this right up to 3% and steep for a week again before testing it. But I’m pretty sure it’s gonna need to be a mixer for me, not a stand alone flavor.

Just a quick update on my most recent testers. As always please remember taste is subjective.

Cream Raw Extract: Tested at 1% on the Vengeance .2 coil at 35W.

At a 3 day steep: a light sweet cream at this point. Flavor is slightly sweet, not overwhelming or heavy. A basic cream, this has a little bit of a thick creamy mouth feel. I was hoping for a whipped cream flavor, hoping this develops into one with either a longer steep or higher percentage. Or both

So far a light flavor, but waiting for a tradition steep time for creams before final decision. Based on the first taste test, I’m thinking this will be better at a 1.5-2% range. I will retest at 4 week and decide then.

Yumberry Raw Extract:

Tested at 1% on the Vengeance .2 coil at 35W.

At a 3 day steep: a lovely bright sweet berry. This is my first experience with yumberry, and I’m not sure what the real thing tastes like. The flavor is similar to boysenberry to me, which has been until now my favorite. That type of bright refreshing sweet berry without any perfume or tart flavor. Seems to be a good percentage of flavor. I am going to mix another tester at 1.5% to see if I can push it a little stronger without adding perfume, just to see how well it will stand up in heavier bakery flavors.

Time will tell if this stays the same strength or deepens a little with a steep. Already planning Yumberries & Cream, Yumberry Danish, Yumberry Cobbler, Yumberry Ice Cream, Waffles with Yumberries, PB & Yumberry Jam Sandwich.

Marshmallow Raw Extract

Tested at 1% in a Troll on a .5 fused clapton at 26W.

At a 3 day steep: this is so far a very sweet generic flavor. It seems delicate, has a body to the mouth feel but not a creaminess. Getting a strange, slight chemical back note. Not getting marshmallow from it at all.

Based on these early results, I think this flavor needs a little higher percentage as it’s so delicate. I would guess 2% maybe? That will be my next tester percentage, as well as retasting the 1% at 4 weeks to see if the flavor develops more with time.

Also @Walt_RealFlavors, I asked on an earlier reply but never saw an answer. Will you be releasing PB Cookie and Cherry Pie in an Raw Extract or will it be staying VG only. And if so is it going to be awhile? That way I know whether to wait to order or give in now. I’m running low on my PB Custard

Hey Walt is there any vendors in Europe that sell your stuff?
Having this urge to test out your stuff but haven’t found anyone that has your flavors in stock yet.

Hey @Fenrir1

Always keep an eye out here at https://realflavors.com/pages/authorized-resellers

Next week I know we are also added a store in Spain as well.

Thank you, will do. Ordering from Spain would be easier for me than doing it from UK since i live in the south of Germany at the moment.

Now i get curious on what you were typing

I told you a place from UK to buy em haha, then realised what you said (watchin football…wasn’t concentrating lol)

LoL, i will wait and see how that shop in Spain look like and determine if i will go for UK or Spain when ordering.
Thanks anyway bro and enjoy the football.

I’m not in to all them pudding, cake, custard, pie, caramel thingys, at least not at the moment. I actually had to force myself to vape anything with vanilla in it. Maybe over time i might be able to do a liquid with lets say cheesecake in it.

I would only vape tobacco a year ago when I started then I branched out to RY4 variants. Now I mostly vape sweet/bakery recipes unless I am having a bourbon then I reach for my RY4/RY2K recipes. I am not yet a fan of fruit flavors in my recipes but have really only tried one so far so more experimentation is needed.
