You know I am all about the customer service and I would love to just give everything to everyone. I did not bring in 1000000 twist tops and not everyone uses them. Some people tell me they like the pipettes better. So I offer both in a nice little pack with stickers and candy at no addition cost to our customer base. I have to keep the cost low and the weight low as well to not effect shipping cost.
No other flavoring company (true flavoring company not a re-bottler) takes the time to do this. We just do not have the time or stock to make this happen. Those small packs would take too much time to be made for every order at shipping, and make the 1pm deadline. So instead I have them packed in bulk by a local non-profit organization providing employment opportunities, personal and social adjustment services, employment readiness, and supported employment for adults with disabilities and others with barriers to employment.
If a customer requested 1 for each, then no problem we will toss them in, just leave us a note and we will gladly add them.
Sorry if this comes off as a vent but I am trying to make everyone happy, give back to the community, and still be profitable. To be 100% honest if I bought a pack of 10 hot dogs and a got a free pack of 8 hot dog buns I would be super pumped!

I gotcha, brother…venting is ok! So is giving to the community and forgetting for one fucking moment that you are not alone in this lousy world and that there are many less fortunate than us! So my hats off to you, Walt! Good stuff!. For years I volunteered all my holidays to serve food at the local soup kitchen.
Nowadays, I donate to charities, auctions to assist the needy and I still “groom” the homeless at a local shelter…

You need an email mailing list for when you post new flavors. Or a monthly auto-subscribe type deal to just ship new flavors out automatically.

It looks like i have to spend $100+ to get any sort of deal from your company.
Have you any plans to distribute your flavours in the eu/uk?
You just have so many scrumptious flavours and we over here, can’t lay our hands on them without spending a fortune, never mind any charges from customs.
