Theres two Dulce de leche concentrates from TFA/TPA - Plain which is simply sweet milk and another with caramel added.
I used it in Custard V3 for a touch of sweetness cos i don’t use sweetners and for the caramel.
You could get away from leaving it out tbh or try it without and add sweetner if you feel it needs it for your tastes.

hey, I saw something that had me wondering… but it might be ridiculous. I don’t if everything else besides egg yolks goes in Hollandaise sauce but I saw a flavor called hollandaise sauce? if it’s only egg yolk could that help? and if it does have what I’m suspecting would be lemon could that somehow he used to work in your favor could that somehow he used to work in your favor could that somehow he used to work in your favor for your recipe?
I literally noticed there were two yesterday. I’m glad to hear one is mostly milk! I’m excited to see what the correct vs. does in the recipe! I hope to taste caramel from the next, corrected, batch, as it’s meant to be drizzled caramel! yummy

I tried the Hollandaise sauce and it didn’t work for me, but it’s still a nice little flavor to have on hand. And hey not ridiculous at all because I bought it for that same reason. I definitely get vanilla, and creaminess but no eggy … not giving up.

Oo, all I need is the Hollandaise and I can make this. Well, can I leave out the sweetener? I never add it to anything. Are you trying to make more of a flan custard?
What is that touch of spice anyway? I was just vaping some today and I can’t figure it out. I taste everything else until I get to that? It almost tastes like some kind of exotic fruit. Yet, it’s not
The Hollondaise I bought because I thought it was really eggy and I was going to add it to my custard LOL. It didn’t work for me, so now I’ve ordered FA Premium Custard, and Aristocatt or something close to that name to try. I will forever be working until I get an eggy custard.
