Funny you should ask as I put a fresh build in the Druga recently. Have not compared directly but the Reload 26 and Juggerknot V2 are the best tanks I have gotten recently. The Reload S is another tasty new single coil RTA, just wish it had a bubble glass as I run out of juice quick even with the extension. The Juggerknot MR single coil is also very good.
I tried the Reload 26 with a bigger single coil but for me the flavor is next level with dual 3mm triple core 28g claptons from AVS. Same build for the Juggerknot V2 is just as good, maybe a slight edge to the Reload 26.
It did take me a few builds to find the magic with the Reload 26, the Juggerknot V2 I haven’t had a bad build yet.
The airflow with my drilled out Reload 26 is comparable to the Druga RTA. It is gonna be tighter stock but just as flavorful.
thanx for that review. one of these days i may see one on the market, and seeing as how they are not that popular, it may be cheap, as no one would want it. so i could pic it up. i’m not holding my breath, lol.
My cousin from Las Vegas used to spend summers with us when we lived in NE Ohio. I didn’t appreciate why anyone would want to spend summers there until I moved down here. Ugh, I am so over this heat and oppressive humidity!
Nope, just sold out at that Chinese site. They’re both still available from the site in Florida last time I checked. I’ve been out all day with a friend so I haven’t looked recently.
The only place I’ve found the Druga RTA is at Sourcemore, where it is listed as being on pre-order. wth? Is this is a new version, or am I missing something here? (scratching head)
I am clearly losing my mind. I’ve been going back and forth between vape sites, so maybe I got my carts/sites confused? I give up! LOL Thanks for letting me know that I can get it at FT, especially considering their upcoming sale.
it’s probably just the need to replenish stock due to high demand. I think that sometimes the very popular items get additional production runs as well so it could be either one. If it’s a newer version they always advertise it as an improvement.
I want to warn you that if you purchase both a item in stock and an item that is marked as a pre-order your entire order may be held until pre-ordered items are fulfilled. I learned that the hard way. I had a large order held for two months waiting on one stupid pre-order item I would have just as well not ordered had I realized it would hold up my entire order! Of course it was another six weeks or more floating from China to the US so that order was three or four and a half months before landing on my front porch. Lately FT seems to have caught on and they only hold up the order one or two weeks. If the item or items are still unfulfilled at that time they send the items they have, notify you, and send a second shipment after the pre-orders arrive. If they don’t know how long it will take to get the pre-ordered item they ask if you want to replace it with something in stock, cancel the item for a refund, or just wait it out.
Yeah, FT has always been really good about splitting orders. When I first got into vaping someone told me about FT and splitting orders. I’ve always been super-grateful for that info.
I use fastech for wire mainly, and a local store that happens to have an owner into mtl rebuildables. I have also used a local guy who used to spin mtl coils for me, he said it was a pain in the ass though and said no more three and four core tiny ass claptons. Right now I am using the silverplay rta with 26g stainless steel 3mm ID probably 9 or 10 wraps at 21watts with the airflow set to restricted direct to lung. Beautiful flavor, but it is such a bitch to build this thing. It is a wrap the wire around the screw and clamp situation.
Aigh! I ordered the Squid Double Barrels and tracking said they were supposed to come in Monday. I just got a msg from USPS that since I wasn’t home they didn’t deliver today (Saturday). I was out getting my car’s oil changed. No-ooo!
I’ve gotten I don’t know how many things claiming they needed an adult signature and I’ve always been home when the items have just been dropped on the porch. But the ONE time USPS actually tries to get a signature, I’m not home. Go figure.
I talked with my regular postman about what the signatures are for. He’s a cool guy and said he would sign for me and just drop stuff as usual. I hate when there’s a sub driver delivering mail because all bets are off.
No chance of that where I live. We had a really good person delivering in our area, but she retired. Since then we’ve been plagued with a series of drivers who are either lazy or dyslexic, possibly both.
I actually have the Silverplay somewhere. I’ll have to dig it out and give it another try. That has different airflow disks, right? Which would you recommend for the most open airflow? (I’m sure I have the disks, I’m just not sure where).
