Ehh, your call @fidalgo_vapes, both look to go to -14F, and the cu ft will be up to you. There’s TWO schools of thought. 1. Bigger is better LOL. 2. A packed freezer costs less to operate, easier to keep cold, etc.
Tough call, and I think how much you have to store should decide this for you.
2.1 Cu would be good for all my Nic i think …If yiur getting 20plus bottle in a 1.1 then I think I can get all mine in a 2.1
What is a packed freezer ?? Do you mean as far as packing it full
Yes, packed full. Same with fridges I’ve read. The fuller they are, the more efficient, cheaper, easier to keep cool, etc.
if you dedicated freezer guys want to get real froggy, get some 1" XPS insulation and cover the freezer as best you can. will not lower the temps, but it will make the run time on the unit much less.
Just make sure to leave a HOLE for the heat exchanger !!
I dont want to add anything for efficiency …If i have ro add something then I bought the wrong thing
then look for one that has at least 3" insulation. good luck with that.
