Sweetener substitute?

I’m wanting to make a copy of Purple Cheesecake (Mamasan Clone) - by ether2802

He/she uses a sweetener @ 2.5% which I don’t have in my stash (http://e-liquid-recipes.com/publicstash/185014).

I’m just wondering can I substitute sweetener with Marshmallow (FA)?

I don’t think marshmallow will sweeten. Most likely it will mute some other flavors. You can try Pyure (liquid stevia) if you have some.

There is some great info on Pyure:

Yeah, Marshmallow probably won’t do it. But even if you don’t use Sweetener that often it’s always good to have some in your inventory. Just order it or as @MisterSinner mentioned, make your own if you have the Pyure.

Thanks guys! I’m eager to buy the sweetener does it matter what brand I use or nah?

I was hoping to pick up something from the supermarket today will this do?

That one shows Agave is added. I would try to find something like Pyure if possible. Not sure how the agave would alter flavors or how they would react to it.

@Xcwizit
ether2802 says:
Please order the sweetener, that part is actually important, I am closer to the original flavor because of that, any sweetener will do.
Then, IMO, is not any alternative than sweetener (with sucralose).
Stevia can make it sweet but sucralose is alot differend in flavour and aftertaste.

Why use sweetener at all? Use a max VG blend using only flavoring and VG. No sweetener needed as VG is sweet enough on its own. If you must use a sweetener, may I suggest monk fruit extract. Available through nudenicotine.com. It’s sweet AF, doesn’t need much at all and doesn’t burn

That’s what I’m thinking too yes

Im ordering 30 ml/1 fl oz to try of Rick’s Sugar Daddy(the benefits of Stevia and EM and a touch of citrus, or something like that, Ive heard)… looking around for best deal incl shipping in USA… (Ive heard good things about it, and want something that does not have that chemical sweetness when I take a juice that is good in my staple staggered claptons in the Griffin 25+ and later try to use that same juice in my Profile Unity…) I use mainly ss316L, so-less gunking and no chemical oversweetening is my goal…

it’s actually a mixture of all the sweeteners pretty much, along with CITRIC acid… It mutes flavours

Hey I have a question, my sister in law iwants to vape, but she is allergic to the artificial sweetners, such as surpluses, or spenda, does anyone have any recommendations, any would help, she wants to quit smoking

So she is allergic to all forms of artificial sweeteners such as sucralose, stevia, erythritol, monk fruit etc.?

How about ethyl maltol? That last one is critical as some flavors have that as an ingredient like TFA Strawberry.

Stevia is actually a natural sweetener distilled from the stevia plant. The plant leaves, themselves are super sweet, if you just pluck one off the plant and eat it. Most grocery stores sell stevia in the baking aisle however those are usually mixed with sucralose or dextrose which are artificial sweeteners. Always check the list of ingredients if you are unsure. Monk fruit is also a natural sweetener as it comes from the monk fruit, as it’s name implies.
