Have been using FA Bergamot in a recipe around 3% and have noticed that it tastes great at first, but then I cannot taste the bergamot anymore. I turned it down to 2% as I am assuming it is olfactory overload and it just doesn’t have the pop/ flavor that it did at 3%. I don’t imagine turning it lower than 2% will make it taste any stronger, so I am looking to replace it.
Does anyone have any experience with INW Bergamot?
Might even give RF SC Bergamot a try but I wanted to see what everyone thought first.
Yeah there was a lot I could get direct, that I couldn’t get in the states. Plus, it was actually cheaper than the states and the shipping was surprisingly fast!
I was able to get a dozen different teas, fruits and other things not available here. I still use all of them too
I can’t really answer that accurately. I didn’t order because there were items I absolutely had to have; I ordered because there were flavors I couldn’t get here and wanted to try them.
So if I were to list 5 items, it would read like those 5 are my “top” Inawera flavors or flavors that are “must haves”. Make sense?
