It is covered for 90 days, but I’m sure they are aware of that issue and should cover it after 90 days. Here’s a link to the service center.

I got this from RapeNW, I mean vapenw. I swear 70% of the mods I’ve bought from them sizzle out. I will take your advise and shot them a email.
I never opened the mod, used charging port or used a dripped on it. Always used paired batteries.
Just thought of this. I noticed about a week ago when I started the batteries on the charger that one battery seemed to be lower than the other. Charger has the three flashing light above each battery. So when I started to charge, one battery started to flash one light. One battery flashed two lights. Seemed weird but didn’t think much of it.
Would you also recommend buying two sets of new batteries? I would assume these have been charged and recharged close to 60-90 times.

Batteries are something to take very seriously. If you are not certain they are ok then you shouldn’t use them. Me personally I wouldn’t use them. Unless you rotate battery position one will carry more load than the other causing one to fail before the other.

Received the IPV4 88 days ago.
Where did you find this link. When I click your pic it just enlarges the link. Can’t do anything with it. Which site should I go to. Pioneer4you or vapenw.
Vapenw does not cover anything after 30 days. Pioneers site I’m going to is not English friendly.

Also what’s your preferred batteries for the Ipv series? Been using the Samsung INR18650-25R SDI 2F24. They are obviously re wrapped with light blue labels. However, no issues.
