If you are a TC vaper then skip Asmodus, they use a proprietary chip and TC generally blows with them. For power users it is fine though. That said I really do like the Lustro Kodama, comfortable mod to hold and Asmodus does some nice stabwood. Not crazy about the touchscreen but then I don’t like touchscreens on mods in general. The touchscreen on the Lustro does work well though, never had a problem with mine.
The SXmini SL is a very nice mod and does good TC, not great TC. If 3avape still has the SXmini G or T Class for those killer prices I would go with either of those instead, dual 18650 and a better chipset than the SL for better TC.
If it is just between the SL and Lustro then SL if you like TC and Lustro if you are solely a power user. Keep in mind the SL is a single 21700 and is picky with batteries. I would only use the Molicel P42A, Samsung 30T or 40T. Some aftermarket 21700 might not even fit into the SL like the Golisi S35, the wrap is too thick.
On Asmodus mods TC is almost non existent. Keep in mind, for $84 you are talking about the Lustro which is dual 18650. The other mod is the Minikin 21 Kodama 21700 which is a dual 21700. The Lustro is also a touchscreen vs good ole buttons on the Minikin 21 Kodama 21700.
Still gotta say, get the SXmini G or T Class, both excellent mods. The T Class is probably the best value on 3avape, I paid $100 for mine and don’t regret it at all. It also doesn’t look bad with a 35mm on it.
huh, I didn’t know that. I like the mod because it is a single 21700 but if TC ain’t that great I’ll maybe go look for That ehpro (can’t remember the name)

The TC on the SL is better than the Ehpro Cold Steel. The Cold Steel might have the best battery life of any single 21700 mod though. I think you will be thrilled with the TC performance on the SL, it is just a step down from the SXmini G or T Class.

You won’t be disappointed with the T Class unless you want a real light mod, that it isn’t.

Agree, I wanted to buy that but I just don’t like that kind of battery cap, drats! There are other 21700s with better battery cap/door options. It might not phase you but I have a thing with those.
I wouldn’t mind having a 2nd Armor Pro. If this is your first one and you notice a battery drain just set the screen timeout for less time and dim the screen, too. It will be dark for outside viewing but saves the battery.
How is your battery life @muth and what battery do you use? I am finding my 40T batteries only last around 700ish puffs. Not sure why that is as I am using TC and low wattage (MTL).
I use Molicel P42a 21700. I’m running a KF2019 at 10w, lol. Getting great battery life of course. TC usually imposes a bit more battery drain I find on other mods, as well. The Moli has 4200mAh vs 4000mAh for the 40T and 45A continuous discharge vs 35A continuous discharge for 40T.
Yihi Chips have a notorious parasitic drain. Not too bad if you are regularly using device and changing batteries, but leave it on the shelf for a few weeks and the batteries will be dead.
