Nice… I have 2 Dreamers and they’re really great. Ones a black copper v1.5 and another one is brass. I’m thinking of ordering another one or a Tauren Max. I have a regular Tauren mech on the way. Only thing that bugs me a bit about those is over branding. Trishul v2 looks good too. I wish would’ve gotten into tubes way sooner. Now I want a lot of them.

Yup, tubes do become an addiction! I got the brass Dreamer when it came out and loved it so much I bought the Stainless. Was super disappointed with the performance of the SS - there appeared to be significant voltage drop so it wound up being a bookend for a while. Had a 
moment and got the stack section for it and now its back in rotation as my favorite stack. Have several Taurens both the OG and the Max’s. Sadly all Tauren gear is overbranded but other than that they make superb products. Definitely recommend getting the Max (if you can get over the naff branding). I also recommend the Trisual V2 (vaping it right now) , it has an unusual button setup that takes a bit of getting used to if you are a regular mech user.

No big deal. As soon as you slap a RTA or RDA it defaults to R mode. It sets the max wattage for the coils it reads. The update is a skin that puts you straight into wattage mode.

I seen that…I have never in 6 years upgraded Firmware …So it will be new , hopefully i dont fuck it up. Funny thing is it thought the S was for soft mode and didnt kniw what the R was for lol

I don’t upgrade anything really either. Like I said above, R mode can be used as regular wattage mode. It doesn’t mean you need to use a rebuildable for it or anything.
S mode is just another mode where it predicts wattage based on resistance. It only does it when you put a new atomizer on it. It’s like some of Vaporesso’s stuff. I don’t like it. I don’t need my mod to guess what wattage I’ll be using.

Relented and bought one.
Changed my mind repeatedly until I decided on the black/abalone shell which I just noticed I believe was your choice too.
Great minds think alike and all that.
I watched a few more reviews and still don’t like the idea of no protective cage or the usb being on the bottom, which I hadn’t noticed before.
The screen looks pretty crap too but I have the Aegis Hero and therefore know how small it is in use. But to be honest I generally set,forget and lock the screen anyway so no biggy.
Another thing I’d forgotten about was the coils supplied which I appreciate probably aren’t the hand rolled in a mountain top monastery on the thighs of a French virgin type coils but I sure will be good enough for me.
The vendor I bought it from also rather fortuitously had $20 knocked off and I had $25 loyalty points I could use.
Therefore = no brainer and I’ll await the wrath of my financial advisor.

'Scuse me @Deb50 are you talking about the Digiflavor Z1 SBS mod? I’d been really eyeballing the silver with scallop shell for quite awhile, but other last minute orders got in the way. Don’t think I want to try to order from china at this point now. I’ll search on the web for an abalone tip for ya too, I know I did see one in the past, I’ll keep an eye out.

Thanks I saw that one also and yep, out of stock. I have a resin one that does not look too bad and yes it was the digiflavor Z1.
I can say that this last week I have had several orders from China come in and I see another 2 that have cleared customs out of Cali in the last couple of days, but it is a crap shoot for sure.

Got my Vandy Vape Requiem today and so far, I’m loving it. Great flavor, smooth air-flow and easy no-mess build. They did a great job on this one. A squonkers RDA for sure. Hardly any juice well depth, three different topcaps to satisfy MTL, RDL and DL vapors alike. Highly recommended.
Also got the Mongrel today but haven’t played with it yet. Enjoying the Requiem too much to put it down.
