Vape with Hard Puff Limits & Time Scheduling

I’m trying to find a refillable device (mod/pod mod) that offers advanced usage controls - specifically regarding puff limits .

Most mods have a simple puff counter that just counts up to 9999, but I am looking for a device that allows me to set a “hard limit” that actually stops the device from firing after a certain number of puffs.

Ideally, I am looking for a setup that can:

  1. Set a Hard Cap: Stop firing after X puffs.

  2. Auto-Reset: Automatically reset the counter/limit after a set time (e.g., every 2 hours or every 24 hours).

  3. Schedule Usage: Allow more puffs during certain times of the day (e.g., evenings) and fewer/zero puffs during others (e.g., work hours).

I’m open to older hardware if I can find it, or tinkering with software if necessary.
I’m just trying to manage my intake more strictly without relying solely on willpower!

Thanks in advance for any tips or direction!

Health Perspective.

I’m really disappointed that no matter how hard I search for such device - there’s nothing like this out there.
In the whole industry nobody seems interested in mitigating the harmful impact of high doses of nicotine?
Nicotine is very dangerous over long time in the way it constantly keeps blood pressure elevated which harms the elasticity of our blood vessels and can be direct cause of all kind of diseases.
Average blood pressure is one of the key factors when it comes to longevity.

That’s why in my opinion limiting nicotine exposure in certain times of the day (before bed , before/after GYM, stressful hours) and otherwise keeping nicotine levels steady throughout the day can have tremendous impact on our health and who knows how many years of precious life this single feature can save us.

All I could find is there was one French startup called Enovap and they had this double-chamber solution where one chamber contained no-nic liquid and the other one contained nic liquid. It gradually reduced the nicotine exposure over couple of months by increasing voltage put on no-nic chamber and decreasing voltage on nic chamber.
I was very disappointed in finding out the start up is no longer there. There seems to be its successor though called DitchPen, but not much progress on their side yet. And even if there was - I doubt they would offer refillable solution.

I’ve had a look online and found the “smok x priv plus” it says it will stop vaping after a certain amount of puffs and that it has an advanced manage your puffs feature. Unfortunately I have no experience with this device though. I’m not sure if the “plus” is when it comes with a tank or the “plus” after the name is the actual name of the device. Have a look at reviews it might be what your after.

running, exercise and drinking coffee also does this, better stop those to protect yourself
there is a chance you get struck by lightning so best to stay inside from now on

maybe you should just be more aware of your habits and dont vape before bed etc there are many things far more harmful than nicotine
it has many medicinal properties like reducing the effects of tourettes syndrome similiar to how cannabis can reduce epilepsy

Thanks for suggestion, unfortunately seems not what I need here.
It has a puff-setting that stops you vaping when the max is reached (the mod shows “max puff / puffs over” and won’t fire until you reset or raise the limit). That’s useful for a simple hard cap, but it’s trivially bypassable and has no built-in auto-reset by timer or time-of-day scheduling.

Just throwing it out there…
If you found a device that does exactly what you’re looking for, and as you’ve stated, can’t rely on your will power alone, what would stop you buying two or three devices?

Just practice a little self control @Jake72. If my MOD’S had a puff limitation; I’d be PISSED!!
