Hi, we have it in stock but due to typhoon since yesterday, the transportation is greatly limited in Shenzhen, we planned to ship out tomorrow if the whether turns better.
Let me say this as respectfully as I can.
I do understand the issue of the typhoon, I lived thru many a hurricane while in the Navy of our country for 20 years… I sincerely hope you all fair well.
I would also like to state that at the very least you should attempt to expedite the product I had requested from you over 2 months ago in the most expedient means you have available if for no other reason, to make an amend for the time I have had to wait and to be honest (not trying to make me look good) the latitude that I have given. Having said that… let me say a competitor to your company was able to send me a product that left your country and arrived at mt doorstep in 3 days. Personally I would not have believed that to be possible, had it not happened to me, and would most likely think the person was making it up. But it was postmarked in your country on the 29th of July (a Friday) and arrived on my doorstep yesterday the 1st of August (a Monday). My step-daughter tore the package open thinking it was the product I have been waiting on now for 2 months, because it’s for her. Only to be again disappointed.
I digress…
Please send the package as soon as practicable, and advise me here when it has shipped (hopefully you will also send the tracking information to my email). My wishes to you that everyone there fairs safely through the incoming bad weather, typhoons and hurricanes can truly be devastating.

OMG you seriously still have not received that package You have the patience of a Saint @CallMeTut and Im pretty sure I know the chinese vendor you speak of mine was shipped out today and its already arrived in North America and should be at my door on monday… fast shipping is possible and in this instance they should go out of their way to make that happen.
I cannot believe a company can be run this poorly, it’s a shame that they can take your money out of your bank account in the blink of an eye but can’t ship there product in over 2 month’s.

A bunch of us have already fallen for their tricks and at this point with 8/8 coming in a few days there are plenty of real reliable vendors we can shop from. Not trying to put you on the spot but I really don’t want any more members falling for the crap VaporWhale pulls and getting taken advantage of.

Had I ordered from them I would probably become an insane idiot and done something stupid. I don’t know where you got your patience but I want and need some. I know I won’t ever order here. Just can’t make myself do it no matter what the savings.

After a two month wait i think you should be sending him an ipv400 free and give him his refund.
This man has given you the benefit of doubt for two months. It’s isn’t as if he hasn’t reached out to you, on multiple occasions, and had no reply or some bs excuse, either way he STILL has not received his order.

Your talking the difference between a respectable company and a company (?) doing bait and switch tactics. They had informed my via email on June 18th they could send it in 2 days. As I’ve said before, the device is actually for my step-daughter, she is the one missing out and glaring at me. And while I know a real company would do more to make amends than send out false promises, to make a bad situation right, we are talking about the difference between this location and a real company. Hell… look at what @Heaven_Gifts has been doing recently… great marketing ploy, BUT the main thing is, they are in the basic same location, I have received products from them during the same time as this person is claiming delays due to weather…
I’ve taken part in a competition, won and had my prize delivered and am using it today in a fraction of the time you have delt with them. @Heaven_Gifts for me anytime over this scenario.
