Same here, couldn’t believe how fast it was when they sent me something from that event… to top it off the product I was supposed to receive was out of stock and I was offered a different product (a Joytech eVic VTwo instead) about 20 or so more dollars than the original I had put in the forum. Vaping on it as we speak. And I received it, as well… in 3 days.

nods… I was (and still am) pretty impressed with @Heaven_Gifts shipping (and both the customer service and willingness to do the event) I can’t get local mail that quick. Now I do have another order that I am waiting on… but tracking has it here in a couple more days.

I was walking back into work after the last post and my wife called letting me know I got a package from China “… it says it is a pipe…” lol. I had to quickly explain customs to her… yeap… reasonable shipping, took a little over a week… I think, 2 new Therome tanks (however they are spelt).

Seems like your still trying to work out some challenges. I get it, one of my favorite flavorings supplies recently screwed up. They were my top supplier, now my number 2 since it was their 2nd mistake. When a failure happens just dust yourself off and try again. Just keep in mind USA customers are demanding but loyal.

Maybe try and get something creative like heavengifts going. Personally I don’t need anything for free. But maybe a contest for 10 rda’s 10 winners may give you a chance to demonstrate your shipping abilities. I know you were working with your shipping department, hopefully you could try and do a good faith attempt/demonstration on shipping. Just a thought.
