Wow! This (Jealous) almost made me cry, almost. Reminded me of someone from the old days. Thank you… :hugs:

Superbly crafted song from back in the day with beautifully delivered vocals. Uplifting (for me anyway). Shame it didn’t chart elsewhere in the world (I think) besides AU and NZ.

Thanks for this one. I’ve also heard he is a “pretty good” drummer. Just kidding, of course. Todd is incredible and one of the best I have ever heard, anywhere, at any time, with anyone. He doesn’t get the “buzz” that some other drummers get, but drummers know how skilled he is. When Styx got him, they got a jewel. As a p.s.: I grew up on the south side of Chicago and Styx (then known as Tradewinds or TW4) played lots of local gigs for junior high and high school sock hops and dances. I first encountered them at my junior high graduation dance (with my first real girlfriend). Then saw them a handful of times in high school. When I became a DJ in college, I was able to play Styx on the radio before they were big, right after Styx II. Great memories…and now I feel old.

iirc, Styx was from oak lawn and worth. i lived very close to there, just north of 87th st. when they started i had not yet been turned on to ROCK, though i knew what it was.
