What Are You Listening To? (Part VI) 2022/23

@Cary1 you know your KC right? I have 1-7 and The Great Deceiver Part 1 is on the way.
Are TGD part 2 & Thrak worth getting? Lizard is my favorite and I hate Discipline if that helps.
Listening to Islands right now.

That’s https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmls2_tSsRWantw_39V90lQ/playlists on the screen by the way. Her “Cabin On A Cliff” playlist is pretty great. She’s pretty ballsy & she makes my eyes happy.
https://www.youtube.com/c/TheSamuraiCarpenter/videos also has some great playlists if carpentry with a BC backdrop would float your boat.
Both channels own very remote locations in BC. He had to drive his boat about 90 minutes round trip to retrieve the groceries he accidentally left in his truck IIRC.

This guy always reminded me of Bob Dylan:

I like it. Sounds sorta like Dylan with better sinuses :+1:

They’re a great band, their older stuff is second to none and have a really great sound, lots of variety, from that southern rock/folk sound to funk and experimental. Legends.

Rutting around in the fiddle-shaped rabbit hole and it’s the first time I’ve heard this Master Take.
I like Sugar Cane Harris and all but 100 bucks for 6 CD set. Just no. Bad Mowgli.
I got The Roxy Performances in 2018 and I’ve only played all 7 discs less then 5 times.
Still it’s so cool that all these complete box sets are available for the stuff I’ve enjoyed for close to 50 years now.
