What are you watching? (2020/2021)

If you’ve got the time, this is a lecture at Stanford by one of the scientists who worked on solving Antikythera. Really nutz!

Tesla was obsessed with the numbers 3,6,9. He said they held the secrets of the universe.

Thanks for sharing this one. It’s an interesting approach to one of the most challenging things from the ancient world. The Oxyrhynchus Papyri is one worth considering as another with the same scale of importance: I think we’re getting to transcribing 3% of the texts over the last century.

I watched Books of Blood and as one who has had a few episodes - it did a damn good job of reflecting mental confusion.

Does anyone know anything further about Tesla’s interest with 3,6 and 9? I’ve had a fascination with the number 9 for years. Looking at 3,6 and 9, I see that each one of them can be multiplied by itself ad infinitum and still add up to the number 9. Also 3+6+9 = 18. 1+8 = 9. Just an example (get your calculator out): 3x3x3x3x3x3x3x3x3x3 = 59049. 5+9+0+4+9 = 27. 2+7 = 9. So on and so forth. I know about the the power of 9 in mathematics, the same thing happens.

Powers of 9

Power Power Math Power Value
8 98 43,046,721
9 99 387,420,489
10 910 3,486,784,401
11 911 31,381,059,609

But why do people attach mystical qualities to it? John Lennon and #9 #9 #9 #9…remember that, the song Revolution 9?

Thx, I’ll check that out.

Tesla is one of my heroes. And JP Morgan is, well…a monster and JP Morgan/Chase makes up part of the 1% we all love to hate.

If you believe in what some retired military personnel have to say about the Area 51/S4 projects, they talked about a block of some type about 2’ x 2’ in size that produced enough energy to power an entire city. Supposedly it was on a downed UFO which they discovered powered the craft. And yes, it’s based on “free energy” from what I understand. Thanks for posting this. This is something everyone needs to know about Tesla that’s been hidden from us by the monsters that control our world. This madness has to stop. If not we’re doomed.

I’ll offer one word of warning: If you have any dogmatic beliefs then the texts will be challenging. For example, the oldest known copy of Revelations was found there and had 616 as the number of the Beast.

Raised by Wolves - best scifi ive seen in years
1883 - absolutely incredible, i cried like a baby
Ghosts - Very fun
The Gilded Age - An American style Downton Abbey just not quite as charming

And im in the middle of a rewatch of Star Trek Voyager.

Voyager is a classic when compared to STD…

One of my favorites, BUT i much prefer Babylon 5 over all the altruistic Star Trek stuff. I read that Voyager is getting the HD treatment.

I haven’t touched B5 in a decade.

They HD’d it but left it in 4:3, i just stretch it out to fit my TV, looks great. And the show is still quite relevant, politically, today. It is on Amazon but i prefer not to pay for things ive already paid for so i grabbed it elsewhere.

As I get Amazon for free I’ll check it out there.
