Had to take a video of the door keep popping open and they have now accepted its a fault and once they receive it they will send a new one out is this a common fault

And I have a shiny new hate. My credit card was hacked! The only silver lining in this is that it curbs some of my vape mail.
This is not a good time to contact call centers. I was calling my card about something else when the menu asked me if I made the following purchases, none of which I recognized, especially the $1200 one made on klitchit.com . Fortunately, my card declined the attempts (they have a good algorithm for that). When I got someone on the phone their voice was completely garbled and couldnāt understand a word. I think they have reps working from home and this rep must have had a janked connection.

Hate to hear this happened to youā¦ I got hijacked from a popular tool place, and someone actually used a pin code from my card, while it was on my person, at 4am 2 weeks agoā¦ it sure it a painā¦ get it replaced and do not let your pc or any websites store info about your cardsā¦ stay as safe as you can!

Wait, did she lose a job offer because of her gender and the interviewer actually told her that? Thatās against the law (at least it is in this state). The catch is that they actually have to say it. Like youāre let go because of your age, gender, sexual orientation, etc. Of course, not one boss with a brain is ever going to admit that and bring on a law suit. Itās a hard one to prove.

Actually, it wasnāt the site(s) that tried to compromise me. I have never heard of any of the sites where the purchases were made but youāre right, why advertise them anyway? The card that was hacked only gets used for online vape purchases and I never save my card info on any of them. Most foreign sites use paypal and some US sites use credit card and or paypal so Iām assuming it was through one of the US purchases but who knows. Not even financial institutions know how or where cards get hacked. There was a breach somewhere. 
Thatās creepy that someone had your pin. Sorry that happened.

This popular tool website did hack or add an extra charge, it is in dispute nowā¦ I know what the outcome will be, and pp will lean to my sideā¦ not too worried but upset it happened.

With everything going on now sheās laid off from her other job so itās neither here nor there, but yes according to my lawyer what they did is illegal and we could have filed, but she decided not to pursue. I believe things donāt change when people stay quiet but it was her choice and I have to respect it.

So sorry that happened 
I bought one and my daughter just got hers in and thankfully theyāve worked great. Hope they replace it and it was just a single faulty product. Had something similar happen with my Snowwolf VFeng and had to get a replacement twice before getting a full refund.

Iāve had to make a couple of videos for faulty/DOA gear. The Chinese vendors didnāt want the product returned, they said the return shipping was way too expensive and not worth it to them. I usually try to go through the manufacturer and not the vendor. The last mod I bought was an OBS with a broken battery door. The vendor(China)wanted me to jump through hoops and had an unusual return policy that required me to make an additional purchase. Thatās coercion. I decided to contact OBS and they didnāt even require a photo, although I sent one. They didnāt want the broken one back and they sent a new one immediately.
Meanwhile I let the vendor know that I had decided to deal with the manufacturer directly. After multiple emails back and forth about their sketchy return policy I found a refund to my account! So, I ended up with a free mod essentially. Actually 2 free mods, I was able to fix the door on the first one. So this post should be in the āWhat do you really Love?ā

WOW now thatās a nice payoff for your frustrations LOL. Iām seriously loving this thing after Simon taught me how to use the battery door and I stopped breaking my nails hahaha a girly thing I know but it mattered to me.

Okay, I have another hate issue 
My last vape order was from Sourcemore. Iāve ordered from them before without instance. They have been very helpful and explained the situation on their end with flights to the US being cut, etc. But it has landed and is sitting about a half hour from me at a DHL eCommerce facility. Then the tracking shows that it got passed to a local carrier for final delivery destination. That was March 30. Iāve heard complaints about dealing with DHL. I messaged them but havenāt heard back. Hereās a copy of the last part of tracking:

yeah I have never been a fake nails person which Iām happy for right now hahahaha so when mine started breaking every time I popped that battery compartment open because I was doing it wrong I was a little upset.

You silly willy Iām glad you got that sorted out. Canāt say Iām exempt from performing odd actions on my vape gear. From the first time I unscrewed my 510 pin for a better connection and watched my deck fall apart to unconsciously picking up metal tweezers to adjust my coil and hitting the power button! Wow, Iāll never ever do that again. I couldāve lost an eyeball if it werenāt for the jewelerās goggles I was weaing.

Okay, hereās a simple and easily fixed hate: When you under-wick just enough so when the wick saturates, it collapses from the inside top of your coil and causes burnt juice hits. Itās like one of those, āI just cleaned my coil, why does it taste 12 days old?ā moments
