Kennedy supported the idea in 1963 with the Community Mental Health Act and Reagan signed the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act in '67 which ended forced instituionalization of the mentally ill. To be fair, there was supposed to be community services available to help those in need which never happened (the 1963 CMHA). Jimmy Carter signed the Mental Health Systems Act in 1980 to support Kennedy’s original plan, and Reagan repealed it in 1981.
It does sound like an effective sleep aid.

They always do the job. Especially when being able to access banned or edited movies.
Yeah, movies, specifically 4K movies are the bane of my existence. Well, maybe more finding NAS’s that can HANDLE streaming that content I should say.
luckily I have a few clouds which contain a fair few TB of space at nominal fees. They came with my latest ASUS laptop which is geared towards gaming and streaming - so it suits my online meeting and classes style.
Just make double sure your transport, and destination are truly secure, or you’re just giving your data away.
I run off two 5g mobile routers. That covers me in Europe. In China, that is where the setup gets funky.
