IF you do, you better look through my stash and see what you want me to send to you, along with the DVD I wanted you to watch. Besides, I have your address but you don’t have mine, nyuck nyuck.
No, but I’ve mixed some juices for others that had RY4 in it.
RY4’s can be a good way to gauge HOW much you hate baccos LOL. Well, not exactly, as most are candied, carameled, but you can play around and see how you feel.
I’ve also never liked smoked meats, smoked cheese…the smokey smell makes me gag, but thank you for trying to convert this picky gal.
It was either that or Lovage in the Mornings. I got it specifically for this recipe, but what the heck, I have hundreds of bottles still unopened. My profile is flavors like Mango Mafia and/or Mango Slice, Counter Punch by idiot, and most recently, Smooth Strango, also by @Rocky02852. That one is fantastic!
I know, I know…ask me what foods I DO like, not what foods I DON’T like, that list is soooo long.
Then different aspects like woodiness, incense notes or preserved fruit may be a better angle.
Although, that depends on whether @SessionDrummer doesn’t kill you for not liking smoked meat and I don’t do the same regarding smoked cheese.
Will try that next time I see an RY4 recipe that I make for a friend.
Love love love me UNsmoked cheese.
Then you really need to play with them before getting more.
I constantly try to refine my stash based on the best flavour for each task.
It’s like someone who cooks at home vs. a pro chef with an insanely tiny budget: When you know your tools, you can perform miracles.
I don’t see Lovage in the Morning by Rocky, so it must have been Lovage in the Afternoon that I got Lovage Root for.
Well I love all cheeses and having a Chinese wife, I have developed a love for hundreds of different kinds of tofu.
But, Mrs. Squirrel and me both agree that smoked cheese is worth crowning on the Mercy Seat.
I think we can all agree that I am a weirdo. I love Indian, Italian and Mexican vegetarian dishes, but don’t like Chinese cuisine (don’t shoot me for not liking a cuisine line long before I knew you), but Japanese and Thai vegetarian dishes are just ok.
Tofu tastes like tasteless sponge to me, and I had a Japanese roommate that would always make that.
Don’t worry, I cannot stand Western Chinese food. I tend to prefer the styles of only a few provinces.
Well, tofu is a sponge and designed to take on the flavours of the broth it is cooked in. The main exceptions being smoked tofu, silk tofu and the mighty chou dofu.
Understand, it is just not for me. I am curious what a silk tofu is, but I can look it up myself instead of derailing the thread again and again.
