The actual image that I had is hard to find. It is of a surgeon just pulling so much guts that keeps coming.
My husband had a part of his colon removed a few years ago and the doctors explained that they had to pull it all out and put it back.
They actually beat the shit out of him and tied him up. I could hardly hold it together when I saw him recovering. They kicked his ass.

After working in the medical field for almost 10 years, I can attest that most surgeons are sadistic. No kidding. Like 90+% of them. And more of them have the god complex.

The one that consulted with us was so weird that I was glad he said that he didn’t want to operate. I did not like the look he was giving my kid. Like she was a thing.
He had very short sentences and remarks. Scary!

They actually take classes on how to evade answering a direct question by using “doublespeak.” I know its hard to fathom but is nonetheless true.Medical error is the 3rd most cause of death in the US.

They accidentally destroyed my neighbor’s spleen and now he is without a proper immune system. My best friend was poked in the liver during his surgery and went into end stage liver disease as a result. His liver was already bad but that poke pretty mutch killed him faster when the surgery was supposed to help.
I understand that accidents happen but will avoid any unnecessary surgery at all costs because of that.
They really did beat the shit out of my husband. They didn’t give him enough anasthetic and he struggled during friggin bowel surgery and needed to be restrained. They tried to blame him and say that he must have had a drug problem. I cant imagine the pain…
He had built a tolerance to the pain meds during his month long stay at the hospital… To add insult to injury, it would have never got that bad if they didn’t send him home with various pharmaceuticals, misdiagnosed several times as IBS in the previous years. IBS doesnt perforate an intestine does it?

I can’t think of a single person that I know that doesn’t have a similar story which includes my wife and myself. So I’m at a loss for words other than to say that I’m so sorry you experienced this. Its time for these “gods” to be held accountable but the sad truth is the legal system would just treat you like some drug crazed and sue crazy greedy degenerate for even attempting to expose these psychos.

The ones that do the ER consults (especially during holidays) are the ones with the least seniority. Surgeons have to compartmentalize when dealing with patients. They can’t think of them as people, but procedures. Honestly, it’s probably better that way. Sounds like that one didn’t have a very good bedside manner, though!!

He didn’t at all. He is the weirdest one I ever spoke with. I thought that he might have been a little slow, or high or something. He seemed very uncomfortable so it frightened me.
He was probably real good, but just so strange.

I work for the most socially awkward physician I’ve ever met. He’s also one of the most brilliant. He’s just so damned odd and most people don’t get him.
