I really hate standing in the âexpress lineâ at the dmv waiting forever and ever for all the other idiots (yes I know Iâm one of those idiots) who waited till Jan 2 to renew their tabs that expired at the end of Dec⌠

I hate that all the surrounding counties are in the database for online renewal eligibility, except for my backwater craphole county. So I have to go wait in the âexpressâ lane regardless of when I get off my arse and renew.

I also hate that while it wasnât âIndiana Coldâ, we still got below freezing last night and Iâm about done with that nonsense.
On the flip side, the last two winters have started out abnormally cold, but flipped nicely in mid-January through the end of the winter. In fact, I remember power-washing the house in February last year. And the best part was limited snow. I hate snow anymore. So hopefully, the weather will follow that pattern again this year.

Snotcicles from a 150 feet trip to the mailbox. But Iâve seen a lot worse. We had -50 wind chills a few years ago and it was flat out dangerous to be out in. (as if this isnât)
