Treasure the moment. I remember playing with one of my nieces when she was about 6 months old and she was adorable. Got to watch her grow up and now she is 58 years old. When she smiles and giggles it reminds me of what she was like as an infant. I am thrilled for you.

Just keep at it and take notes, you’ll get it eventually. I really miss some Arabic food and this weekend I made a couple of batches of hummus (the stuff in the markets isn’t very good and stupidly expensive) and flatbreads. Fresh, hot flatbreads with hummus and olives is my favorite lunch.

Yeah, bit cheaper than ordering out as I don’t have that kind of money, while it may not be as good as the greek place I used to frequent but is pretty rewarding to make something good… I just miss the big ol’ plate of Calamari
