Ive spent the morning on the phone with contractors to finalize the site prep for our new home and then received a call from the house manufacturer who told me the house will be ready on time.
So here is our new property:
I took this last fall, off to the left is one of my uncles old houses, to the right there is nothing but tress for a mile and 1.5 miles of trees behind our property.

Lol, you arent far off. We will have a large natural gas tank, everyone does up there. BUT, we will have will have fiber to the home. We dont even have that here on the outskirts of civilization.

Plus, drivers will notice it and what they see they generally don’t hit. From my riding days, I was taught to wear bright things to stand out and be seen. Of course, I still got totaled on my first Yamaha Virago 750. Grateful to walk away from that one. It took me month to buy another Virago, this one an 1100. Rode that one until I hung up my helmet.

Those will be some great concerts. Not sure when they will be in Denver, but I bet it will be sold out. Check out the Styx/REO concert video from Red Rocks on Youtube. I swear, as they’ve gotten older, they play better live better than when they were younger, both REO and Styx.
